Job Description
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC & Compressed air system & Nitrogen plant at the site. Your key responsibilities will include: - Perform preventive maintenance and filter cleaning activities as per the schedule. - Coordinate with cross-functional departments. - Prepare preventive maintenance and filter cleaning schedules for HVAC, Dust collector, and Dehumidifier systems. - Maintain all log books and building maintenance records. - Validate HVAC systems as per the schedule with external vendors. - Adhere to the calibration planner for all instruments and ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations. - Maintain HVAC systems in line with Teva's Quality and Safety standards. - Reduce breakdowns and perform scheduled maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability. - Lead work area in shifts, ensuring personal safety and adherence to site safety compliance and procedures. - Monitor contractor safety and induction, evaluate safe practices, and work in ERP and other QMS software. - Maintain facility in good condition with proper building maintenance. - Work in shifts and execute activities, deliverables, and prepare reports as per the manager's direction. - Document GEP activities such as qualification, validation, change management, and project management. - Maintain and operate remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, and building maintenance of non-manufacturing areas. - Uphold cGMP guidelines, ensure HVAC facility readiness for audits, and identify critical spares for service floor area. - Perform periodical servicing, annual maintenance, and other engineering-related works. - Perform any other job assigned by reporting supervisor and Engineering HOD.
