An arrogant young prince and his castle's servants fall under the spell of a wicked enchantress, who turns him into the hideous Beast until he learns to love and be loved in return. The spirited, headstrong village girl Belle enters the Beast's castle after he imprisons her father Maurice. With the help of his enchanted servants, including the matronly Mrs. Potts, Belle begins to draw the cold-hearted Beast out of his isolation.

Meet this beast with beauty. A romantic movie about seeing the goodness in hideous ones. Belle always wanted an adventure in the great wide somewhere, more than she could tell & she really did. It was her selfless self riding to save her father who had been held captive by a cruel somebody, who was a beast. Belle is a wonderful role model for being this brave. If you are concerned, this is not Stockholders Syndrome. Belle was not a prisoner, you could tell, when the items asked them to be their guest. Belle also taught the beast how to be good - the beast gets to know Belle so well that he set up so many books for her & let her go for when she needed to see her father. Any beast is better than Gaston, who would take away Belle's freedom & he could do anything worse.
