Hazbin Hotel follows Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she pursues her seemingly impossible goal of rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in her kingdom. After a yearly extermination imposed by angels, she opens a hotel in the hopes that patrons will be "checking out" into Heaven. While most of Hell mocks her goal, her devoted partner Vaggie, and their first test subject, adult-film star Angel Dust, stick by her side. When a powerful entity known as the "Radio Demon" reaches out to assist Charlie in her endeavors, her crazy dream is given a chance to become a reality.

Valerie Anne Autostraddle Hazbin Hotel is back with its stunning animation, amazing music, killer voice acting, and of course, our favorite merry band of misfits. Oct 30, 2025 Full Review Emma Flint Radio Times Hazbin Hotel has mostly managed to tread the fine line in balancing established characters alongside new ones. Rated: 4/5 Oct 30, 2025 Full Review Chris Gallardo Tell-Tale TV There’s a blend between nuanced moments of tension and grander, energetic action pieces and battles that will certainly satiate your hunger for more kills, blood, and everything in between. Rated: 4/5 Oct 30, 2025 Full Review Maddy Casale Decider Based on the first episode alone, Hazbin Hotel: Season 2 looks to be another successful season of original, entertaining, thought-provoking animation and toe-tapping tunes from the brilliant brain of Vivienne Medrano. Oct 30, 2025 Full Review Sean Boelman FandomWire What results is a second season that’s still fun, and certainly very watchable, but feels like it’s missing something (or, perhaps, a couple of somethings). Rated: 7/10 Oct 29, 2025 Full Review Tessa Smith Mama's Geeky Season two raises the bar on every level with gorgeous animation, fantastic voice acting, high stakes, and some of the best songs of the entire series. Micahe R It takes about halfway through the first episode for the season to really find its footing, but once it does the episodes are full of charm, drama, and banger music. Absolutely adore it! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/30/25 Full Review Allen H The return of one of the boldest and most unabashedly confident series on television, it can't be understated just how much of an upgrade that Hazbin Hotel Season 2 is over its first iteration. Grander in scale, thematically richer, riskier, funnier, animated with meticulous attention to detail -- everything about the first two episodes of the season demonstrate the impression left on the producers by the runaway success of the first season. Vivienne has been given greater resources and fewer restrictions to realize her vision, and it could not be more apparent. That's perhaps the best part of all: the doors this could open for showrunners, filmmakers and animators going forward. Bearing witness to the reign of Hazbin Hotel genuinely feels like watching an artistic revolution taking place. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/30/25 Full Review Christian B Completely and totally worth the wait! The songs, the animation, the storytelling, all of it is a massive improvement over season 1! Season 1 was great, don't get me wrong. But season 2 is definitely way more polished in so many different ways and I am here for it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/30/25 Full Review il canale d i had so much fun with the firsth 2 episodes that i can't wait to see the next . the 5 songs are amazing as always although a bit much in the second one . Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/30/25 Full Review Andrew J Rough a bit around episode 1, but gets better. Episode 2 really gets good with exploring and fleshing out the characters. Overall, not a bad startm Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/30/25 Full Review ryley H A bumpy start to season two. First episode had a total of 27seconds without useless music. This, paired with quick camera cuts and crowded scenes, made for a terrible kick off. The second episode doesn’t do any justice either. The first 10mins is restating the same problem multiple times. And no, the useless music doesn’t stop. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 10/29/25 Full Review Read all reviews
