Someone fraudulently used my email address to obtain services from Drive Roadside App. Because I don’t have an account I could not contact anyone at this business to report the fraud. I tried to reply to the invoice email as it instructed, but I got an automated response that replies are blocked. There was no phone number or alternative contact information that I could find anywhere, including their website. Since the survey was sent to my email, I can at least address the issue that this particular business has no protection or reporting process for fraudulent activity.

Excellent experience all the way around .Shipped a car from Orlando to Norfolk to my son who is the Navy there.From first contact with Brittany to the the driver who picked up and dropped off car everything went smooth and plenty of communication from Brittany and the driver the whole time.Thank you

First of all, the original quote was for 395, and the total cost was 650. Secondly, I paid the initial charge with a credit card, however, when the driver arrived he demanded $500 cash for the rest of it, which I did not have. I assumed that my credit card would be charged. The contract states, before to the legal text, "I, Elizabeth Meade authorize United Freeway Transportation to charge my credit card above for the agreed upon purchase(s). I understand that my information will be saved on file for further transactions on my account." It's hidden in the small print of the contract that the delivery driver needs to be paid the balance on delivery in cash, but I didn't see that, as the initial message in the contract said that my card would be charged for the balance. It was never explicitly stated that cash was needed.
