Good products and better prices than other resell sites - just difficult to get a response via WhatsApp and email - especially if returning and item in a seven day window.

Reloved Again sold a number of items for me quickly, at a fair price and with zero hassle for me. I would definitely use them again. On the buy side I have also been delighted with my clothing and jewellery purchases. I love the little try on videos they do for items on the website as they are super helpful to get an idea on sizing and fit. Visiting the town house is always a fun experience with unexpected finds and fantastic customer service -like shopping used to be before all the endless scrolling. Anne-Marie and Sarah put together a quality and focused edit of items. For me this makes buying pre loved more accessible and enjoyable than scrolling through thousands of badly photographed items as is the case on some other sites.

So at first I bought then he didn’t really answer 1-2 days and didn’t ship for like 4-5 days… After seeing the trustpilot reviews I thought I got scammed but later on he sended me the express tracking and arrived fast. Product was as described and original All in all a bit tuff but ended good

I have made more than ten transactions with Vault 55. I have been very pleased with everything I have purchased. I have bought bags, wallets and bag charms. All have been as pictured and described.

My overall experience with the company is great! They are helpful, efficient and I especially love the almost daily Scripture passages. I have only had my shop open for a month, sadly no sales yet, but the staff has been trying to improve my postings so I will hopefully have some sales. I definitely like the staff’s help compared to no help from Etsy with my Etsy shop.

The layout and information given was great. Today was a day to browse only. Knowing this was going to be an adventure through pre-used clothing was a pleasant surprise! Each item I looked at along with browsing through all the categories looked perfect, looked practically new. I felt I was able to go through everything easily, this site works very well and I will certainly tell everyone I know to visit Luv Bugz Closet. In these times of pricing going so high I felt like I could get more for the babies and toddlers in my family. Very pleased, especially with the condition of each item and the prices!!
