Everything about the experience, and the cabin, was excellent. Quick response when I needed to add a dog to the reservation; photos that undersell the actual cabin; immediate and proactive action on a minor problem that was totally outside their control.

Horrible experience. We booked a house 10 months in advance and paid all the fees. A month before travel we confirmed with the host and they say the house is not available because they are listing it for sale. We call VRBO and report it and they say our only recourse is to book another house. The few remaining houses available at late notice were much more expensive than the original. VRBO refused to do anything to compensate.

The data is very useful but if you need customer support...good luck. Tried twice in the past 4 months, and it's very difficult. The delay in responses are terrible at best. I'm on with support right now, a gentleman by the name of Daniel connected then ghosted me for 45 minutes and still waiting for a response. I paid the $199 for a subscription and I cannot log onto my account. I had a critical issue with pricing and had to wait 2 days to fix while my pricing was screwed up. I truly wish customer service was better, there is a lot of good data here but not worth the pain if you have an issue. I wish I post a pic here to show the 30 minutes I've been waiting on a "LIVE" chat,

We enjoyed this cute and quiet home. We loved the quaint neighborhood and the short drive to scenic hikes around the lake. It was very clean and accommodating, especially for our dog, Anai. It had a nice size and completely fenced yard, that he was safe in and we slept great!

This is the second time the Airbnb have stepped in to help out with a booking and we were issued a refund. Loads of negative reviews from the bad experiences but need to put some positives on here. We were staying in a villa and it had a drain issue. The owner couldn’t resolve it. Airbnb stepped in. If you go through the proper channels and communicate through the Platform provide the right evidence and respond timely .. we found they seem to have learned from previous mistakes unlike Booking.com that just leave you out to dry.

We had a very enjoyable time in our stay in the poconos. When I called about the hot tub, they sent someone right away to clean it. I even received a text message recommending nearby parks, restaurants etc. The customer service was excellent. My first house wasn't available and I was offered a bigger place with more amenities for the same price. We were very happy with these people. They were very attentive and I really appreciated it. Thank you
