The house was just as shown in the photos. Well cleaned, with fresh linens and towels. Great location for our golf group, between three of our favorite courses (Split Rock, Jack Frost National and Hideaway Hills. Ample parking. The only minor issue was that the shuffleboard table was located in such a tight area it could not be played.

The house was even better than the pictures. We absolutely loved everything about this home. The hosts were extremely helpful and took care of us immediately. We had to take advantage of the late check out time because we didn’t want to leave. Another great option offered that AvantStay was quick to confirm. An AWESOME experience.

We had a great experience our group of 11 ladies ranging from 33-74 were comfortable. They thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Any issues we had the host were very attentive and rectified any trouble or questions we had. I have already recommended them to other people .

We used our credit card points through Capital One to book A room with AvantStay. We didn’t really know what to expect with the house other than the pictures look nice. We stayed in Port Aransas, Texas for about three days and I must say the house was much better than many Airbnb I’ve gone to. Support was a B+. Wow, response wasn’t immediate and I didn’t get callbacks as much as I would’ve liked, I would get text messages back from the support staff and got a call on the way there. We were greeted with some cool material and all in all our stay was a solid A. I would highly recommend this service

We stayed at Wildflower as a last minute substitute when our reserved property became unavailable. The management company was great to deal with and even gave us a late check out although we had an early flight and couldnt take advantage of it.
Wildflower is a great property that easily accomodated our party of 6. It is in a convenient location for exploring either Napa or Sonoma county wineries. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and made use of the outdoor kitchen as well. The pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the day also. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay. Last year I stayed at the crystalline. This year the elm. Liked the crystalline better but the elm was nice. Had a few flaws but over all was a nice place to relax

Ideal for our 7 adults 4 kids. Beautiful house, ample room for all, hot tub was used and appreciated, as were the gas fire pit and 3 kayaks. All had a wonderful time. We look forward to booking again, if not this particular house, something similar, but with a western face over a lake (sunsets) again, can’t say enough great things about our stay, the house and responsiveness of AvantStay. Perfect!

The condo is super clean and very well stocked! So many extra amenities!! The view was spectacular. Our only regret was that we didn’t have time to stay longer! The pizza saved us when we got in so late!

We had the best stay at Hamilton 2! We were traveling with our 4 kids to celebrate my husbands birthday. This place was perfect, had everything we needed, and was just a short walk from the beach. We’d absolutely stay here again! :)

The kitty faith homes in Nashville were beautiful and so clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get and it was perfect . very modern ,up-to-date appliances, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms sparkling clean .We came down with 4 motorcycles and a car 9 people and we were able to keep the motorcycles parked in the garage and the car parked in front of the houses. we Uber to downtown Nashville every day. It range from $10-$25 depending on the time of the day each day Less than a 10minute drive to the action . We did have issues with the electronic locks on the houses but a call to them had the issue rectified quickly . There is a supermarket directly across the street and across from the supermarket is a liquor store and a restaurant . now I will tell you that The
Neighborhood surrounding the houses was not the greatest but you can see that they are slowly improving and building up the area around it. I would book here again in the future.

The place was beautiful, easy to get to, easy to navigate. Instructions were clear and check in and check out was smooth. The place is very well equipped with cooking supplies, utensils, spices, plates , cleaning supplies etc. not to mention the game rooms were awesome, the beds were comfortable, overall this was just an amazing stay.

The home was as advertised. Wonderful layout with rooms on all floors. Well decorated and equipped for our stay. The hosts were responsive as well. The area is perfect for biking and finding good restaurants and shops. Amazing stay for the grands and my dog. We will go back. Great neighbors well except the one next door.

I recently stayed at Mesa Lodge by AvantStay in Telluride while working an event about 30 minutes away, and it was the perfect home base. The lodge is absolutely gorgeous, with spacious rooms and breathtaking mountain views that made coming back after a long day so relaxing.
The property is well-maintained, and I appreciated the modern amenities, especially the cozy common areas where I could unwind. Even though I was there for work, the peaceful setting made it feel like a mini-vacation.
The team at AvantStay was also incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions, which made my stay stress-free. If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay in Telluride, whether for work or play, I highly recommend Mesa Lodge!

AvantStay is willing to screw you out of your booked reservation and trip just to make more money.
We had a trip booked for 3 months, then about a month before the trip, they told us it was no longer available. After some back and forth, they finally admitted that they listed it too low – and essentially that they could make more money on it.
Now, we are weeks out from our trip and have to hurry to find a new place for our trip. Of course everything is already picked over at this point and expensive.
AvantStay was not willing to help us – all they did was offer us a far inferior place than what we originally booked.
If you book with them, you're taking a huge gamble.

Amazing experience with AvantStay and the Outrider 104 in Nashville. The place was clean and very well furnished. It was close to a lot of cute breakfast places and bars with live music to hangout in the evening. We co-mingled with the locals vs the college and bachelorette crowd from downtown which was a plus for us.
Be mindful that the top floor bedroom can get warm as the bed cover the vent. One of the bedrooms has a queen bunk bed vs regular queen bed. Also the top bedroom gets noisy at night (until 2-3am) due to the proximity of the bars, live music and the food trucks blasting music. I did ask the following night the food truck to turn down the music by 12 am and he did - I slept much better.

Loved our rental in Manzanita! The house was incredibly clean & well stocked, check in instructions were easy and communication was great! The deck and view was great, definitely coming back!
