Beautiful property

The home was beautiful. We had clear instructions for check in and check out and had no issues at all. They gave so many services and tips. Great customer service. Very happy with our stay.

Amazing home, even better hosts!

The home was wonderful, it was beautifully decorated, clean and in an amazing location. The AvantStay hosts were nothing short of amazing. The house is in the perfect location, and a perfect location for a family stay! We will definitely be back!

Lovely home

We loved the home. The views were gorgeous and the location was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and the sofas were very comfortable. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The kitchen had every appliance and was easy to navigate.

La Jolla gem

We stayed at a beautiful home in La Jolla. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It’s easy to walk from the house into the town to all the restaurants and shops. The coastline is a couple blocks away. The beds are comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Just enough beds & rooms for the whole…

Just enough beds & rooms for the whole family! Beautiful kitchen was well stocked with utensils & supplies. The kids loved the ping pong & pool table! The adults enjoyed the spa & fire pit! Neighborhood was nice & scenery was beautiful! Only complaint was the garage door wouldn't open from the outside.

Avant reps were awesome

Avant reps were awesome. Took the trash out and put it back up for us, and let us know about the status of the airbnb before our arrival.

Awesome House…

We rented this house for my son's wedding. The place is beautiful, very clean. First morning we sat on the patio and watched the Hot Air Balloons float by. The amenities were awesome, from the putting green, to sitting around the fire pit at night watching the beautiful full moon rise sipping on some yummy wine we bought from Baily Winery.
The beds were super comfortable and the shower in the Master bath was a hit. I think everyone got a chance to use it.
The only complaint we had was there was no storage containers for leftovers. But when we reached out to the team they told us someone must have taken them, that they are normally stocked. And the rug in the family room needs to be replaced. It's very worn and frayed with long pieces of yarn hanging off.

Spectacular views

Spectacular views! One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The two smaller bedrooms are a bit tight but everything is well appointed. The stairs to the beach are in great shape. The driveway is a little challenging at first, but doable once you've seen it. A marking of some sort would be helpful. All in all a wonderful experience.

This house was amazing!

This house was amazing, but what made it even more amazing was how responsive and accommodating the guest team was! We were there right after the hurricane and they had a team out the next morning clearing everything up for us and responded promptly and with sincere kindness to any question or request we had. Staying at this property was an incredible experience for me and my family!! Would highly recommend!

Great stay!

We’ve stayed in multiple airbnbs before but AvantStay was by far the best. I’d much prefer renting a property from them. It was impeccably clean and very well stocked (hand soap, laundry and dishwasher detergents, multiple spices, coffee grinder etc) The communication was fast and clear, I’d definitely rent from them again!

We had everything we needed and then…

We had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the coffee that was already there. Super fun touch with the small bottle of whiskey. If I had to say one thing that could be better, it would be just additional storage in the master bedroom and bathroom. There was no dresser or Anywhere to place your clothes other than the closet rod. And in the master bath, not enough counter space maybe add small counter height cabinet or some kind of small counter height table. The shower was lacking, a shelf or any place to put your shampoos and such. Check-in was super easy communication was great. Overall, a great stay.

Overall very clean

Overall very clean! We loved the ice machine and game area in the garage! The other complaint is one of the fans didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and the back patio door knob kept falling off. The house overall was beautiful and my family really enjoyed their stay!

Well equipped and simply lovely

We loved the decor, and the furniture and bed were comfortable. The gas fireplace added to the cozy ambiance and took the chill off in the mornings. The kitchen was well equipped. Le Creuset - ooh la la. And though we didn’t play ping pong or foosball in the garage, it was fun knowing they were there. The book about the history of Arch Cape was a great touch and we enjoyed learning more about the area. We’ve stayed in lots of vacation homes in the US and a few in Europe and this ranks among our favorites.

The place was perfect for our family of…

The place was perfect for our family of six. The decor was well thought out and stylish. The kitchen was great. The view from the lanai was incredible. The beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage were so convenient.

The entire process was quick and easy

The entire process was quick and easy, the avant team answer any questions I had. It was reassuring knowing that I could call or even text them if anything came up. Unlike other host, they are truly available 24/7. I can not even think of one negative thing I saw or notice during my stay. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Amazing first Airbnb experience!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I have to say that AvantStay set the bar very high! The property, Villa Verdot, exceeded my expectations in every aspect. AvantStay provided everything we could possibly need —amenities, supplies, cookware, linens, entertainment/games, and more. The property was impeccably stocked, clean, maintained, and felt like home. And I can't forget to mention the amazing local hosts - Kim, Alyssa, Jessicah, and Talia - who were so friendly, helpful, and communicative! The only regret I have is not booking a longer stay. I have no complaints. I wholeheartedly rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you, AvantStay!

An excellent selection of rental condos. We've stayed with them twice (in different units) and have really enjoyed them. Updated interiors, immaculate, lots of light, great ocean-facing views (if you choose wisely). We're already planning our return...
