I negotiated a discounted nightly rate for $500 over the phone and when they billed me the rate was $621. When I contacted them, they said it should have been $500 but would look into it. The next day I get a text message saying that the reason it was $121 more a night was that a $121 "Beachside Fee" was included which was never told to me. Fees are always listed separate with the taxes. They kept saying that the fee was disclosed to me but it was not. So, I was charged a extra $365 that I was expecting or could afford. They were unwilling to refund me the extra fee. I will never book with them again. Very dishonest company!

We had a great stay at the Holly Breck!! Every room had its own bathroom, beds were comfy, common space was amazing (the deck was the highlight) and it’s so close and walkable to town. Highly highly recommend for big groups!

The house is spacious, beautiful, and kid friendly! The location of the property felt safe which is really important to us. In all, our family had a wonderful time!

The only difficulty we really had with the property is finding the driveway to the front door. However, the AvantStay staff was quick to make it out to us to help us find our way.

Omg, the view from the desk is to die for.
You don’t even have to hike anywhere, just sip wine on the deck surrounded by red mountains.
House is very clean and big, has orchard with figs and pomegranates to eat and nice hot tub

Great place. Comfortable with a beautiful view. Nice deck with gorgeous view in front and great deck and bbq in back with firepit. Deer and rabbits! Such a beautiful peaceful place. Plenty of room for everyone! Kitchen well equipped for all your cooking needs. Beaches close by.

Wonderful new house furnished with every last detail one could ask for. Extremely comfortable within beautiful scenery and close to town but far enough to feel like you’re far away from home in a vacation retreat. Absolutely lovely!

We recently stayed at the beautiful Casa del Colibri property in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was ideal, with stunning mountain views and just a short walk to downtown restaurants and cafes.

The house was amazing! However the outdoor space was really the icing on the cake! We spent hours by and in the pool and hot tub. There were so many additional activities like bocce, bags, foosball, billiards, and even our very own pickleball court! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather.

The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 7 adults, 2 children, and a few dogs. The well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy, and we also took advantage of the poolside BBQ for a few meals. The large dining room table was a great space to gather and share meals together, making our family time even more special as we were celebrating a milestone birthday!

Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, we would love to stay here again some day. Highly recommend for a family or group getaway!

Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and nice. The house we stayed in was beautiful and extremely clean. I will definitely be booking with AvantStay again and if I go to Port Aransas again I will be staying there! We absolutely loved it!

Lovely place to stay for a large family. We spent a long weekend here for our son’s wedding. It was perfect for our large family and all the groomsmen. Amenities to please everyone and very close to the wedding venue Chickadee Hill Farms.

Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home 10 min away from downtown Sonoma! The house has great AC, a fully stocked kitchen, and very comfortable and thoughtfully designed common spaces— all touches that made our family vacation that much better. Also the pool is amazing and the adjacent game room was great :). Would highly recommend to any and all!

Cute place. Close to everything. Staff was very helpful. Building has code to get in felt safe being in an unfamiliar place. Has really nice roof area to relax on. Just enough stuff to enjoy cooking meal in. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sunset Cove on the Oregon Coast was fabulous! The home is small, but nicely appointed. The kitchen has great large and small appliances and all the pots, pans, utensils etc that we could need. The walk down to the beach is wonderful and so fun to take at different times of the day. The house feels very private and the view from the deck is gorgeous. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the deck. The management company does a great job communicating and offering help along the way and also, once you have arrived. We were arriving later than expected and they were able to direct us to a restaurant that would be open late. Excellent service and excellent property. 5 stars all around!

Summit Shores was a great space for our cousin weekend! It comfortably fit 10 of us. It does need a little tlc throughout, BUT the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were spotless and decorated nicely! The deck is a great space for hanging out for coffee in the AM and drinks/snacks after a hike. The fire pit was great to sit around at night. Having a large kitchen table was perfect for meals and game playing. There was an issue with the hot tub, so I can’t rate it, but I can say the owners were quick to send someone out to try to remedy it and they compensated us for the issue.

NO RAILING AT FRONT STEPS
WiFi issues: There were 2 routers; one needed to be reset. The basket holding the routers, power and connector cords was a jumbled mess. This made correcting the problem while on the phone with internet tech support more difficult.
No dishwasher

Great studio apt! Comfy beds (2 full size) great amenities on property (gorgeous pool), nice small kitchen for easy prep dinners, lots of channels on TV, great communication from staff, close to everything in town!

We just returned from our stay in Jim Thorpe and I felt compelled to leave this review. Accommodations were excellent! Kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, unlike some other airbnb locations we have stayed at. In fact, we cooked every meal at the home. The kids loved the bunk room, and we appreciated a bit of distance to sleepin in the mornings.

We would recommend this home for a large family gathering, and are looking to use it again next year!

The property was nice and clean, and was as described in the listing. There was a cute little welcome kit when we arrived. The kitchen was lacking a few cooking basics like cooking spray and coffee filters but the bathrooms were well stocked and there were lots of games for us to play in the living room. Would stay here again!
