I kept receiving updates through PayPal saying that the order would be delivered November 5th, then November 6th and now I get a message stating that my shipment is awaiting info from the carrier. Can you please check on my shipment. This is my first time ordering, & I don’t want it to be my last. Thank you.

I'm ordering at Hockerty for 11+ years (since when they were Tailor4Less), and in the past 12 months I've ordered 2 blazers and 3 shirts. The biggest value for me is the variety of fabrics and the ability to create your own custom design with so many details to set. There are other online affordable tailors who do that with shirts, but I don't know any who'd provide so many variables for blazers, coats, and now there are footwear and jeans. In stores with ready-to-wear clothes, I often think: oh, I like that, but I wish the lapels would be notch here, or I wish the lining would be another color. On Hockerty I can design the item as I'd like and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who feels the same way about one's style. A lot of fabrics are also quite of high quality, 100% linen in different colors, 100% wool, interesting velvet. That's another benefit for me. Affordable prices due to the scaled online business model and the sewing being outsourced to China. You get the tailored item for about 30% of what you'd pay for a local in-presence made-to-measure, and about 15% of what you'd pay for a local bespoke. That scale comes with its shortcomings and from time to time I am getting inconsistencies in shirt sleeve length by 1-2 cm, but depending on your body proportions that often still fits much better in general than ready-to-wear, and Hockerty's support is quite agile on fit guarantees with covering local tailor's fixes, providing discounts on next orders, or in one case they've remade the shirt completely. I am definitely continuing to order here.

I strongly suspected the tracking link was down, so I had to reach out to customer service to get an update on my order. Then, it showed up the next day. Overall, it's a good product and fits well, but don't expect it to arrive quickly.

Great dress I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding . I had it custom made and I am so pleased with it . It fits perfectly and the fabric is good quality . The delivery was very quick too . Would definitely buy from them again . Highly recommend!!

I ordered white drum major gloves and after the tracking number was disabled they arrived and they were tinted blue/green. they were not nicely white. my friend ordered the exact same gloves and he received them white.

I made a mistake of ordering a jersey size for my son and Mabel responded well , work hard to contact the vendor to cancel and refunded me eventhough it was a customized one so I can reorder the right one.
