SquadLocker has been amazing to work with for our booster club’s spirit shop! From setting up stores to helping us redesign our logo for the year they have eagerly helped & made this such a smooth process! Anzhelika has been my go to for the entire process & she has been fabulous!!

I recently setup a store for our Cross Country Booster Club. The website is easy to use and had so many options for both products and price points for our athletes and families.
When I needed help with art work approval, I contacted chat and received an email and phone call response right away. The customer service was amazing from our Customer Onboarding Specialist, Anton!
Anton was very friendly and eager to help in anyway. We will definitely be using SquadLocker again for our next store!

I have been using Squadlocker for my athletic programs for years and I have never had an issue with anything! This time around, Hanna was so helpful, responsive, and understanding when I needed assistance opening a new store while transitioning into a new role and place. You guys are absolute rockstars and I would not go to any other place when it comes to outfitting my team! A big shoutout to Hanna and the rest of the customer service support team!

I emailed because I was having an issue checking out from my team’s app so I couldn’t place my order. I received an email a day later from the site asking if I was ready to check out. I followed the link and was successfully able to proceed with my order. The following day Anton reached out via email asking for some details of the issue. I sent the screenshot and he suggested I start the order from scratch and asked if I had a coupon code. I told him I had already used the link in the email and was able to successfully place the order but since the code was only for the weekend, I was unable to apply it. He applied the code to my order and refunded my account the difference. That is really great customer service and I truly appreciate Anton’s help and kindness!

I had placed an order for a single shirt I needed for an upcoming special event. I knew that I was cutting it a little close on time when I ordered...
When it hadn't shipped on 09/10/2024 (the estimated ship date) I began to worry it might not make it to me on time so I reached out to their customer support.
Amy P. responded quickly letting me know that they were running behind on production and apologized. I explained to Amy that I needed the shirt by 09/20/2024 for an event...
Amy made it happen! She upgraded the shipping to expedited and got the right people involved (a manager? production team?) and the shirt was in my mailbox in plenty of time!
Thanks to Amy and whomever else at SquadLocker made it happen!

SquadLocker is awesome. Saturday after practice we decided we need a better solution for team spirit gear. While sitting in my car in the parking I found squad locker, connected w Julia and 30 minutes later we had a store with two logos choices and almost 600 items and a fundraiser all set up.
The next day, on a Sunday, I thought I would just be starting a service ticket for an adjustment that we needed and Sofia responded right back and got it done immediately.
