finally the folly of using IONOS comes to pass. One of my projects has issues, and my test box needs upgrading to help diagnose. But, you can't upgrade VPS accounts any more, since they moved to a new platform. need more space ? you need to 'migrate' (take out a new contract, rebuild your server). so, one of the key features of virtualisation is no longer available. Typical modern way - upgrade your platform, take away features.

I am beyond frustrated with GoDaddy and their unethical practices! They hold your domain names hostage and deliberately withhold the transfer codes. This is NOT due to late payments, and the domain’s registration period is still active. GoDaddy hides the AUTH codes and forces you to call for assistance, only to be met with agents who try to upsell services. When we clearly stated we weren’t interested, the agent’s attitude immediately shifted to dismissive, and we were promised the AUTH code would be sent. But nothing came. I called again and was outright lied to. The agent claimed it could take up to 7 business days to receive the AUTH code. This is an outright lie and part of a deliberate attempt to block us from transferring our domains. We’ve already lost one domain due to GoDaddy’s deliberate inaction—after two months of calls and emails, we still have no solution, just a lost domain. Now they’re doing the same thing with this domain. The AUTH code should be provided almost instantly, but instead, we’re given excuse after excuse, like "it will take time" or "another department will contact you in 3-7 business days." These practices are borderline criminal! We will not stand for it any longer.

Ebay removed my negative feedback from the seller account without any reason as I complied with all eBay regulations!!! You were unable to support me when asked about it and conveniently provided two non functioning links for seller reporting. You seem to biased, working alongside this unlawful seller and completely ignoring the GREAT CUSTOMER I AM! I have nothing but 100% positive feedback on eBay and yet you ignore me when I complained about this seller! You failed to protect me, and protecting customers is your main obligation! It looks like it is common practice from eBay to remove negative feedbacks to sellers and that turns this platform into a not to be trusted platform. I shall take my business elsewhere and I lost all trust on eBay, eBay sellers and eBay support (actually, the great lack of it!!!!! And absolute disrespect for the users!). At least PayPal serves you the honesty you lack all the time.
