I've been using Porkbun for all my domain needs for 5+ years now, at the very least. The most straightforward platform, the mouse helpful team, great prices (privacy included without a fee, unlike at godaddy and others), fun and friendly tone of voice, reliable service. Highly recommended.

Login/2FA issues; Lots of problems registering a new passkey on Safari/MacOS/Password.app (timed out). Also fails on non-alphanumeric name or name too long for passkey.

In the past, Porkbun was not supported by lego for DNS-01 challenge but that has since changed and I can finally move the rest of my domains here!

I've found the best prices on domains here. Out of every domain provider I've seen, Porkbun has the cheapest prices. It's also one of the simplest. It's just straightforward, easy experience. No weird menus, no unnecessary popups, just a usable management panel.

An IT guy turned me on to this company 1/24/2022. I switched our office domain over, it went so smoothly, the price was really reasonable. The same day I switched mine and my husband's business domain to Porkbun, then the domain for my personal forum because the experience was so good. I always recommend Porkbun to anyone who just needs a lower priced domain registrar without the upsell that some other companies have.

After 10+ years using GoDaddy for registrar services, giving Porkbun a go! I prefer the straight forward pricing rather than the 1 cent and then we nail you every year after. Appreciate all the security information and not being upsold to add 3242 things before purchasing a domain. Looking forward to having a new, more affordable option for my clients!

Straight forward pricing, no BS hidden fees.
Starting out the pricing was great, and I actually knew what I would be paying beyond the second year of registration.

The tools that are included in the domain manger work perfectly fine and are easy to use.

Not sure what else i can say, Service works exactly as advertised with no issues or shady practices like some other big name registrars

When it comes to **pricing**, Porkbun's previous offer of `.com` domains at $5.99 was **phenomenal**. However, with the recent price increase to around $11, it’s no longer as competitively priced compared to other registrars, which might be a deal-breaker for some.

Another downside is the **15-day hold** on payouts after a domain sale. This delay can be frustrating for sellers who expect quicker access to their earnings. Additionally, many users, including myself, would prefer the option for faster payouts through **SEPA bank transfers (IBAN)**, which is currently not offered.

Despite these drawbacks, Porkbun's **simplicity** and **efficient interface** still make it a solid choice for those who value a **smooth user experience** and ease of use. However, the pricing increase and payment hold could be limiting factors for some users.

Simple and easy to get and set up a domain. UI isn’t the prettiest but it’s more than good enough, though the domain search could do with proper filter options.

It was easy to search for the domain names I wanted, create my account, and get everything squared away.

Most terms have a (?) hover that explains what they are/do and how it affects your domain. The knowledge base is very helpful, and I appreciate the light humor spread throughout the site.

I have used porkbun to register my domain names for years now - cheapest domain names with free privacy, SSL certificate & more. I do not miss the aggressive upsells of the main competitor. I have had no complications. I was even informed when someone expressed an interest in an unused domain so I sold it.

I have struggled figuring out website names and making the purchase but yall made it easy and possible and i think the billing is gonna be easy and straightforward especially after my lost webpages due to that fact in the past.
