I must admit that Inspire was not my first choice. I had already been with a clean energy provider but could not contact anyone or make headway online for a new term. I called Inspire and the gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. He made the process of switching so simple. Upon reading the information on Inspire am I pleased to have made the change.

People in Corsican were helpful and kind. Took care of business. Told me I'd have electricy the same day. Then the power company called and said I needed to send them a lease agreement and a picture of my driver's license. After waiting twice for over 15 minutes. Said they wouldn't turn on until they looked over the information. Does all power companies spend this much time on every customer? Said they'd call me back. Never called. Worst I've seen of any power company.

I got a letter in the mail from MetEd saying, "Our records indicate that you have chosen to receive one bill from Met-Ed that will reflect charges from both Met-Ed and your new electric generation supplier. If this information is incorrect, please contact our Retail Choice Center at 1-888-478-2300. If we do not hear from you, your new electric generation supplier will begin providing your electric generation service on October 19, 2004. Depending on your supplier agreement, you may drop your supplier at any time. Regardless of whether or not you choose a supplier, Met-Ed will continue to provide safe, reliable service and respond to outages.
