I'm begging you all don't not what so ever buy from this atrocious obnoxious rude and deceitful they treated me like a criminal they scammed me out of very hard earned money and did not deliver a service they advertised I'm extremely autistic and like to be kept informed at every stage they were in but that never happened leaving me extremely anxious and paranoid I noticed the delivery times kept constantly updating to a different time to that they gave on ordering them finely when they did arrive I was so excited but that was short lived they only sent one single earring when we tried ringing customer service but left in extremely long queue so I sent a email telling this issue and they said the second single has been sent now after I highlighted the issue if I never sent that email I wouldn't of got my second earring at all it was supposed to my Christmas treat to my ans all I got is stress and anxiety and depression over the whole experience and they just don't care at all I requested many times for a full refund for rude obnoxious atrocious service I received and they said we can't look into the request because you using the email to make request that you used to place the order so I'm left with extremely cheap looking earrings that are 100% not worth £394 at all it's a complete scam save yourself from heartache and pain and go to a well trusted jewellers who got a fabulous reputation and wonderful customer care and aftercare treatment

Leider sehr enttäuschend, das bestellte entsprach nicht dem erhofften,eine Rücksendung geht zu meinen Kosten nach Singapur das Porto würde mehr kosten als das gekaufte. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Unfortunately very disappointing, the ordered item was not what I had hoped for, I would have to return it to Singapore at my expense as the postage would have cost more than the item I had bought. Very disappointing!!!
