The color red of the earrings is more like dark orange

When received the earrings look beautiful and well made but one was not able to close properly and the company sent me a replacement. The replacement has the same issue.Really frustrating.

If there's a chance you might return an item, it's probably not worth it. I bought a $100 earring for my son for his birthday and it didn't come in time (took 15+ days to arrive), so I bought him one from a local retailer so he would have something to open on his birthday. When it did come, I found out it was not returnable because it's a skin contact item. But, the people at Bling Proud were nice enough to make an exception. It cost me $30 to send it back to China, and I received an $80 refund. So, the whole kerfuffle cost me $50 and I have nothing to show for it. Am I glad I got half of my money back? Sure, it's better than losing $100, but I will not be shopping here again. I did read their return policy before purchasing and I guess I missed the fine print. I read this statement at the top of the page "If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days" and figured I was good. I just think they need to be more transparent with customers - it's not good enough to have a bullet point in the refund policy (there are 28 bullet points on this page!). If an item is non-returnable, it should say it in plain language on the product page and in checkout. And, it should be clear that if a customer returns anything, they will be paying for the return cost TO CHINA. That is the important part - China. It's very expensive to send stuff to China.

I bought a necklace about 2-3 months ago I payed almost 1700$ not cheap,so it's already tarnished and faded,I DO NOT swim or even shower with it,when I contacted Bling Proud and showed them the photos they replied saying that's what happens when you don't look after it!?? I have all the emails,they say it's triple coated well it's NOT! They also went on to say IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD REAL GOLD DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT GOlD PLATING!Absolute scammers I love gold plated but these guys are criminals,DO NOT buy from these guys go else where!And I have the emails here stating that if I can't afford it go buy real gold,where can I post this?? And you DID NOT offer to fix it your OFFERED for me to pay to fix it,and EVERY link IS tarnished after 3 months?? Where can I post all the emails??

The picture of the product was not accurate in color or size. I tried to return it and get a refund, but you wouldn't accept a return and give a refund. I'll never buy from you again. I'm very unhappy with you.

First time customer and it will not be the last order that they received from me. I just received my necklace and pendant today. Absolutely beautiful quality is great. Came with the correct paperwork with it. Beautiful jewelry box package will delivered on time. The service team is unbelievable customer service is the best Thank you so much. Decoration is showing.

The clamps that supposedly hold the earring together in the ear,aren't strong enough! The right rarring kept come lose, so now I have to order another pair just to obtain that one earring..🤨

Bought a moissanite chain and bracelet from Bling Proud. cost over 1400.

Red flag number 1- I checked tracking, and it was coming from China.

package did come rather fast for coming from China, got them and I was completely disappointed, very thin and the moissanite was dull looking. then on further inspection, the individual links are not even soldered, they have open gaps, some bigger some smaller and some are soldered. horrendous. I emailed them, they said: Regarding the gaps you mentioned in the Cuban link chain, I’d like to clarify that Cuban chains are typically designed with open links rather than welded ones. This is standard manufacturing practice across the jewelry industry and allows for easier assembly of the chain. If a customer specifically requests welded links, we can certainly accommodate that and create a custom piece. However, unless such a request is made, our Cuban chains—and those of most jewelers—will not have welded links, as this is considered normal in the production process. I also understand your frustration with the overall quality control. Please rest assured that we take such feedback seriously, and we are committed to ensuring the highest standards for all our products. This is not correct Cuban links are supposed to be soldered, all links soldered.
Bling proud has a YouTube page and they have a video of how they make Cuban link chains, the thumbnail of the video is a pic of them welding an individual link in the chain and in the video they weld an individual link in the chain

They are making me pay for return shipping and charging me 25percent restocking fee.
The return zipcode on the return address they gave me is wrong according to the guy at Fed Ex, so i used the zip code that they used when they shipped it to me, return address is different from the address they shipped it from, same city though. From my experience so far an being lied to they probaby gave me the wrong return address on purpose. fed ex has them now so too late on that
I had to pay fed ex $175 for return shipping
these people are not honest and you cant trust what they say, the pics i sent them are of the necklace, not the bracelet, but they both have links that are not welded

The initial package was reportedly lost in transit. Fortunately, they promptly dispatched a replacement pair, which is commendable. The original package was unfortunately lost during transit. Despite this, it did not arrive in time for my event.
