Shipping was extremely delayed and…

Shipping was extremely delayed and didn’t arrive as advertised. I contacted customer service multiple times and requested my order to be canceled. I received no response and the order was shipped on a later date. I again contacted customer service and I was told I could not receive a refund. I responded and company only asked how I contacted customer service. There’s a long email chain recording my communication, unsure why they would ask.

After this review, MAGA immediately refunded my money in full and allowed me to keep the item I ordered. I am happy with the outcome, but not the time it took to resolve. I hope it was a one time issue due to the election and will order from them again.

I just received my hat today after…

I just received my hat today after almost one full month since I ordered it. The lettering is smaller than what I expected. I'm disappointed in the way the design came out as well as the brand of hat that was used. Will not be ordering any other items from this company.

Placed an order Sept 18th

Placed an order Sept 18th. It included some Trump Fight Coins which I knew were pre-order items. Two items shipped within 10 days. The remaining items (besides the coins) were not shipped until October 29 which was 41 days after my order was placed and after I emailed about 16 times asking for an update on the order and demanding the order get shipped or I would dispute the credit card charge. Communication was non existent. I never received a confirmation email and had to reach out to request whether the order was placed. If I want MAGA items in the future, I will be ordering from Amazon and never recommend MAGA.com to anyone

Great shirt, slow getting here

I recently purchased the Don in the pocket (flipping the burd)and, overall, I am very pleased with its quality and the laughs/responses. I hoped it would“The material feels durable and comfortable.

However, I was disappointed by the long shipping time. It was advertised, if ordered now will arrive before election day. I would have appreciated better communication or tracking options to know where my package was and when it would arrive.

In summary, I’m happy with the product itself and would recommend it for anyone looking for a maga shirt “a comfortable piece of clothing”. Just be prepared for a potentially slow delivery

I have never seen people come together and work as hard and have a never give up attitude like ours. I say ours because we are all part of taking back our country and making America Great Again. Update to an earlier review

This is to replace earlier review. I ordered three shot glasses and washed them in my dishwasher. The Trump stickers on the glasses washed off. Needles to say I was not happy. This company volunteered to replace all the glasses without any questions. Not only was I surtout but extremely happy for their response to my earlier review. Thank you. Great product, but don't expect it quickly

Top of the line customer service

I found this place in Facebook and ordered through that. But I never received an email or confirmation number. I reached out to the support team and after a couple of emails back and forth they found my order. They were very friendly and proactive to solve my problem. I got the maga hats and fight shirt for my daughter the day of election. So happy. Thank you

Have not received order

I ordered some shirts on October 11, 2024 to wear to a Trump rally. I still haven't gotten an email saying that my order has shipped. They were very responsive until I asked for a refund on Nov 4 and I have gotten no response. Very disappointed and would not recommend ordering.

Better Than Expected!

I purchased the shot glass 'Shot for Trump'. The label on the shot glass is very crooked. It looks poor. I'd appreciate another one that is in better shape. Especially something that could easily become a collector's item.

great maga outerwear

ordered the dark maga long sleeve tshirt. it is a timeless message. very well constructed. arrived so quickly after ordering and just on time for nov 5!!!! early voted so i can wear it all day election day! got one size larger than i normally order so i can wear it almost like an overshirt. thank you. love it!!!

I purchased two hats on 10/15 and…

I purchased two hats on 10/15 and didn't receive them until 11/4, the day before the election. I inquired several times when and why it took so long and never got a straight answer, only that they will be worth the wait. It was not worth the wait, cheaply made hats and one was made in Vietnam and the other in Bagladesh. Very poor quality and horrendous customer service.

Awaiting response

Same as everyone else. Instantaneous canned responses from chat bot AI.
Ordered item Oct 22nd, November 1 still no update, nothing shipped.
A human was supposed to have contacted me within 48 hours, which didn't happen.

Wound up having to file a dispute with the banking institution to recoup my apparent loss.

Awaiting resolution if this issue. If the company is true to it's word, I will update this review.

Still haven’t even gotten the product

Still haven’t even gotten the product. Ordered almost a month before elections and it’s set to arrive AFTER. They advertised get in time for election the week before but my order I submitted beginning of October still hasn’t gotten here. Customer service didn’t help other than just say they’re working on it.
