Your shirt sizes are misleading
Your shirt sizes are misleading. I order a medium-size shirt but they like large. I called the company for exchange and my request for small was declined. I will not buy from your company again unless you ship small-size shirts.

On the exchange, the reason we weren't able to swap it is that everything is made to order, so each shirt is printed specifically for you and there's no existing stock to exchange against, which is why we're limited there. Unacceptable. Poor experience.
My “hide n seek” tag was torn AND cut open? Then taped back together with painters tape. This was supposed to be given out for employee recognition, it looks like an OPEN box used item. I would not give this to anyone, especially as a tracker. It looks tampered with. It is absolutely unacceptable the way it arrived.

Here's what happened: these tags are printed on demand by us rather than shipped pre-packaged from the factory, which means we open the packaging to customize each one for you. So while it was never tampered with, we fully agree the way it arrived didn't reflect that, and it shouldn't have looked that way. Inconsistent colored shirts
I ordered black long sleeve shirts for my Team, I noticed the color black was inconsistent amongst the 14 ordered.

The color variation you saw comes from the garment dyeing process Comfort Colors uses, where the shirts are dyed after they're sewn to create that vintage look, which can lead to slight differences from piece to piece. I bought a crop hoodie
I bought a crop hoodie. The size is fine and it’s nicely soft on the inside. But it looks like the reason it’s a “cropped” hoodie is because someone just cut the bottom off a regular hoodie. The bottom is ragged and uneven. It looks terrible.
