Instantly got approved with a semi…

Instantly got approved with a semi average credit score immediately through Credit Karma! I am so glad that this company has given me a chance to build my credit and pay for side expenses. Could do without the yearly fee, but it is what it is Still will recommend this card any day of the week.

Will not double

I am thankful for giving my me this card with my credit score but they have not doubled my credit limit like they said I feel like they lied I have had it for 7 months

I have been a customer for 3 years I…

I have been a customer for 3 years I recently became very ill and unable to work I tried to make payment arrangements I explained that to them I’m not working no help they won’t budge with my minimum payment of $282.00 I want to pay but this too much for me so the only way it to let it go to a collection agency so I can make more affordable payments this is so harsh

Great Fraud Prevention

I received a phone call today from Merrick Bank Fraud Protection Department informing me of a fraudulent charge they stopped on my credit card. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the problem.

They double your limit.

Good credit limit, comprehensive site track expenses. Interest rate is very very high as most are today, and they could have more features but over all very pleased. The doubling the limit is good for business materials and covers the normal delay in receivables though most card company's do not like using cards as business credit.

It has beena pleasant experience, from, applying for the card, to using it, to paying for my bill. I also appreciated, that they kept their word that if I made my payments on time, they would increase my credit line automatically. So far it's been a very pleasant experience. I hope it stays that way. Thank you.

I have found them to be a good middle…

I have found them to be a good middle of the road credit card, that gets regular credit increases. If I were to complain, I would say the application of the payment to your credit line can sometimes take longer than I would like.

1 star is too much for Merrick Bank

I had a truck camper loan with Merrick Bank, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When my truck camper burned down to the ground, I had to go through insurance to handle the situation. During this difficult time, Merrick Bank was of no help whatsoever. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, they continued to charge me late fees and bombarded me with calls. They provided no support for a loan on a vehicle that literally no longer existed.

Their lack of empathy and assistance during such a challenging time is unacceptable. I cannot imagine a business being this horrible. One star is too generous for the kind of service I received from Merrick Bank.

The company promised "double credit"…SOLID COMPANY

The company promised "double credit" after 6 months of good standings and honored their agreement. I need about 4x the limit I was given in order to use for my business, but they honored their end and so I can only speak highly of the company.

A trustworthy company that trusts you.

I just like that I was able to get a credit limit increase after only 6 months of on-time payments. I haven't had a late payment in 5 years with Citi Bank and they still won't give me a credit limit increase.

Great bank, awesome customer service

Very friendly and competent staff, makes you feel welcome to bank here, excellent customer service and account features. I even recommended this bank to some of my friends and they switched to them as well. Been a loyal, satisfied customer for 5 yrs.

The speed of how fast payments post to my account. Credit increase without asking. How I can make multiple payments within a month to pay down my balance.
