Mower would not workmout of the box. I had to keep reaching back out to to texh support. After several days they agreed it was defective. They said they would ship out another once i dropped of the defect at fedex. I tool it right away and 4 days later the new mower still has not been shipped and have not got a responses back from segway. Very dissappointed.

I have the Navimow i110. I upgraded to the 6 blade disc and it cuts very well and looks great as long as it goes out twice per week. If you wait too long it won't cut some sections because it assumes the taller grass is an obstacle.
The only thing I wish it would do is cut closer to the curb without falling into the road, so it doesn't cut the grass 4 inches from the curb and I have to cut that grass with the weed wacker while doing the edging.
It is a good machine. It gets the job done and looks good when it gets sent out often enough and I do the edging...

Although the robotic aspects of the mower work very well, I found the interface I was using when driving the mower to be a bit cumbersome for someone who is not used to using a video game type controller. Also, the quality of the cut leaves something to be desired. However, I have a massive hill that is very steep in my backyard. This mower is more than adequate for cutting that and keeping it under control. It handles the steep grade very well.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Website was good in helping me determine which mower would fit my needs best.

First year buying works good so far had a few bumps w connections I live in an area where I lose internet service so put antenna up and doing lot better 3 acre mower I got pretty awesome equipment I had some friends buy one also after I purchased

There was a delivery issue initially but Camille at Navimow sorted things out and made everything right. Really appreciate her efforts on my behalf.

Very good product, simple and efficient. We have property with 4 level at 35 degrees slope. Once we find the right spot for the local antenna it work's great. Thank you from customer support for the location of the antenna

By the time the mapping was complete, it could barley mow before it said battery was too low to continue.

So far I love my mower (even though it’s only cutting the grass for the third time today). Easy to set up and did not need the antenna. Mapping went smoothly and I really do like the garage. It seems worth the little extra to protect the mower. Overall a great experience.
