OwnUp has been a valuable resource to us from the very beginning of our home search. They not only answered a ton of questions for us, but also helped us find a real estate agent and a lender. We really appreciated that their lenders were pre-vetted for their reliability & communication, and extremely competitive in their rates (at least half a point lower than the other lenders we talked to). Their online tool also helped us understand closing costs to a high degree of accuracy so we knew how much to set aside for those expenses. Would definitely recommend!

Ryan from OwnUp was extremely friendly and helpful. He was willing to review an estimate from an existing lender and help me compare the rate and fees to those from other lenders. He also helped to answer extraneous questions I had about title companies and closing costs. I definitely found a better mortgage deal with Ryan and OwnUp's help than I would have if I had only called one lender in my local area.

This is our second time working with Jenn from OwnUp and our experience was even better than the first time. The whole process was quite smooth and rapidly arranged. Closing a real estate deal is such time sensitive matter and Jenn's timely help made everything go very smoothly! We cannot recommend Own Up more.

Before going to Own Up, I received quotes from two different lenders. Own Up beat these quotes by a large margin on both rate and closing costs. Upon bringing this to another lender, they said they could match those terms, which made me more eager to stick with Own Up where they gave me the absolute best terms right away, not after seeing the competition.

Own Up not only finds you the best rates but also stand behind to ensure offered rates / costs stay true all the way thru closing. I've used own up twice now, first time for refinancing my apartment and recently to purchase a single family home - had an excellent experience all the way thru the closing. Both the time I shopped around extensively however no one was able to really beat their rates. I would strongly recommend them, not only for the rates but also overall smother closing process

After applying to both traditional banks individually and another broker, I took a last minute chance on own up and I'm glad I did. Jenn was incredibly helpful through the whole process. I was mind blown to have solid quotes from several banks with just a soft credit pull. All in plain English, with a description of fees and no hoops to jump through to get them. Not only that, but the lowest interest rates and closing costs out of all of them. We saved over $4k in fees over the competition. Jenn answered all my questions, and as a first time homebuyer her patience was invaluable. Highly recommend!

OwnUp helped me buy a house and secure the best rate possible in this volitile market. My account manager was extremely communicative every step of the way, helping to answer all questions (which I had many of, as a first time buyer). She was also constantly in contact with both my loan officer and real estate agent to ensure everything ran smoothly. I had complex needs in my home buying process, and she was extremely understanding and patient while we went through the offer process numerous times before finding the one. I was also happy to know I was getting the best rate (confirmed by shopping around). Working with OwnUp, I really felt like I had someone in my corner advising me through the process.
