I had to return my T-shirt as it was a bit too large and was happily surprised by the return process ! Very simple and fast, everything is already in the package to return the product. (No sticker to print, don’t have to use tape to close the package, to stick anything...)
Now waiting for the smaller size to arrive, hope it will fit as I really like the item :)

My boys are very happy with their new board shorts. I also ordered new hoodies. Great quality, absoluty love it. Our daughter can’t want for the temperature to drop, so she can wear her new cosy warm sweater. This was our first online order, but definitely not our last!

My old jacket was already 8 years old and worn. So time for a new one! Ordered online and waited for 3 days for delivery which is quite fast. I have returned some goods and received the back the money. Mails are replied promptly. Im sure I coming back Oneill!

- Really good quality: long lasting clothing. Doesn't lose shape. Bought 2 t-shirts to replace my 5-8 year old ones.
- Arrived within 3 days.
- Products where exacly as shown on the pictures.
- I buy O'neill because of the good quality and good fitting. I am tall and their t-shirts are a nice lenght.

Unfortunaltly they must have changed their sizes. I tried to buy the same size as 5-8 years ago. Lucky for me I made a mistake and orderd too small because my new, smaller sized t-shirt is still larger than my old ones.

I use the opportunity to tell you that your boardshorts range is less "beautiful" than the one of your direct competitors (Quiksilver, Rip Curl, etc ...). Please put some colors ! Put some joy in the design, more fun ! Thanks ;-) <3

I received the articles well preserved, with return tickets and invoice included. I am happy to tell the size was the right one, and the items matched the pictures on your website...except for the colours: I thought it was green and white, but it is green and a light pink. Doesn't matter, it was OK for me?
J'ai reçu mes achats bien protégés, avec bons de retour et facture. Les items étaient de la bonne taille, et correspondaient exactement aux images sur le site...sauf pour les couleurs qui semblaient être du vert et du blanc, mais étaient vert et rose pâle. Contente quand même !

Nothing to say about the quality of the product, nor the price nor the shipping, because all these various elements are very satisfactory. My comment is on the choice of colors proposed. Alas, in all the industrial production of men's wet surf suits, the rule is now the same: monotony, rigor, boredom ... Where are the colors, the rhythm, the dynamics, the fun, in the style of the combis of surf for boys? Wings! Too bad, because it seems to me that it tarnishes the spirit of surf culture, its offbeat side, unconventional, non-conformist. In short: alive! To hell with the criteria of fashion! we do not care royally! Surfing is surfing !!! Point is everything! Thank you.

My order was delivered smoothly. Sadly the size of the 2 tops was too big. So I returned the 2 tops en ordered new ones. It took some time but now I‘ve recieved a refund...
I would definitely order again!

Happy with the products. There was a mistake on references and colors on the website and I received the wrong articles. The customers service quickly correct this error and sent to me the right articles.

Easy to navigate, very fast shipping, constant communication by the part of O'Neill. Plus they have a recycled plastic line of swimwear so it's eco-friendly.

Fast shipping, and good information on the website. One of the items had a somewhat different color than shown on the website, the others were as expected. Items were true to size.
