I’m fairly new to purchasing with Auction Ninja but all 5 of my experiences have been exceptional! Items are as described and pick up has been easy. No surprises.
Most recently I unexpectedly had to travel and had no one to pick up a large cabinet that exact day. AMY was in charge of that auction and she responded quickly with ideas on how to resolve my issue. Kudos to Amy for getting that cabinet to me with very last minute notice! THANK YOU!
My experience has been a pleasure and I look forward to my next auction.

I bought some items at their online auction on Saturday. I was immediately informed that I won 125 lots, and they got their money. Unfortunately, I continued to get emails saying I didn't win each lot, that's a lot of emails. It got down to 94 lots, then they took more money from me for two lots, and didn't get for all the bids they told me I got in the beginning. I believe at this point since I can't get a hold of anyone I won't be using that website anymore.

I am so happy with Recollect to Collect auctions on auction ninja. I have been buying on the site for a few years now and they are the best and I still don't understand how they charge so little to ship my items to me. I spoke with Jason when I was having an issue with a different auctioneer and he got the issue resolved when he didn't have to do anything. I sent them about 100 coins to sell for me and my money was in my PayPal in less than a week. Very trustworthy auctioneer.

I wasn't sure what I was signing up for, but needed help finding new homes for my friend's furniture, furnishings and personal effects. The Blue Nest team came in and organized everything very quickly; next think I discovered the items posted on a website; a sale and pickup. Pickup was beautifully managed as was the entire transaction. A huge help and a big relief.

AuctionNinja is a great resource. The uniformity between the various folks offering items for sale is amazing. The way the site has obviously screened these sellers and gotten them to offer as many photos as they do, with measurements, not hiding flaws, answering questions about their items with photography is phenomenal. I can search for auctions in my area, finding items not available in the customary retail market without having to leave the house. I'm hooked!

Descriptions and pictures are beneficial, so the size could be better understood, if a measuring stick next to the item, or a description with details like a black metal table, instead of just a metal table. I recently bought one through one of your on line auction company. When I picked it up, it was brown, even though the pictures looked black.

AuctionNinja has a good user interface. It is easy to navigate. The individual auctions are easy to scroll through and presented in an uncluttered manner. The quality of each auction is totally dependent on each auction company - so the quality of pictures and descriptions varies greatly. The bidding process is easy.

Photos detailed the item well! Questions (I had a few) were timely answered before the auction ended. The item I won was prepared for shipment, well within the timeframe provided to me, and was packaged and shipped quickly, to which I was glad to have been the successful bidder.

This auction was in Maine and I live in Baltimore MD. It was easy to get an account. After I won my item, I had great customer service to get my item prepared to be sent to me. Communication was fantastic. I look very forward to receiving my piece any day now.

This particular seller was prompt with communication and organized at pick-up, which I greatly appreciated. Unlike those sellers who never respond to your questions even early in the auction. This auction venue reminds me of a tag sale, but it's online instead of being in-person.

Item Pictures and descriptions are helpful for the bidder. Sometimes the login site seems to disappear before the auction has ended.
Curious why auctions that have ended still appear on the website.

I have to say, the young man who walked up and down the hill with the auction items for customers went above and beyond. Not only was he friendly and helpful, he made sure we got our items that otherwise would have been abandoned because of unforeseen circumstances. You are very lucky to have him working for you. He deserves a bonus.

I won two items. My sister went to pick them up only got one. Was told to call ups the next day because that’s where it’s going to drop off. I asked for the number and was told he doesn’t know it. Inconsiderate.

Auction Ninja is a great source for exploring estate sales. Nothing to knock about the site itself but be wary of sellers with ridiculous buyers fees and opening starting bids. I do realize that it’s the actual owners of the items that set the starting bids.

I like that options close later in the evening so I can bid after I get home from work. I also appreciate being able to pick up on Saturday versus during the work week.
