Very good experience - super fast delivery - cabinets are beautiful, well constructed- just as described. Only critique is that the assembly directions are very vague. Would highly recommend CabinetSet.com to others shopping for cabinets. We will be making future purchases

Some of the best cabinets I have seen with an incredible price. Although long distance shipping is not ideal, when there is an issue or damage they are on the spot to help and take care of any and all issues. I have personally had two separate shipping damages and their customer service is second to none and made sure everything was replaced and taken care of with no issues whatsoever. I will continue my cabinet needs with cabinetset because they go above and beyond to take care of their customers even all the way down here in Alabama!

Quality cabinets at a reasonable price. Their delivery time was quick and the designer was very easy to work with and had the design to me the next day, if I remember correctly. I would use them again.

I have purchased many cabinets for other companies and these are one of the better made units. Only minor adjustments to have these units square and easy to install.

I placed the order on-line and received no confirmation until I reached out 4 days later. I was beginning to think it was a scam. Shipping date was missed by a week and again I wasn't notified if the delay. Really messed with our schedule. Quality of cabinets is good and only had one ding on the cabinets.

Quality of the cabinet door for samples we ordered were great. Definitely going to order a full set of cabinets from them. The shipping seemed a little on the slower side but that my only small critique.

Wonderful experience here. We ordered the Vienna in White and couldn't be happier with the quality. The prices were the best online that we could find as well. The customer service was amazing - we requested an extension to report damage and they were quick to respond and made it easy. The delivery process was smooth and shipping was fast. As other people have mentioned the instructions aren't detailed but we assumed that it's because they're mainly dealing with experienced buyers such as contractors. However, we're a couple of diy'ers and we were able to figure it out. If you've had any experience with building furniture at home, such as IKEA, you'll be fine.

The experience with CabinetSet.com was easy and quick. However, they need to work on their shipping. The shipper sent three emails indicating that I would be contacted to arrange a deleivery time and I never was. They showed up at my house without warning and I was at work. It was either let them deleiver them or they would be sent back delaying my project. I have some damaged boxes but have not been able to get to opening them to see if I have damage. Make sure to be proactive with their shipping service and do not wait for them to contact you.

Office people always answer the phone and are very helpful with questions. My large order of Springfield Toffee came much quicker than I expected. 6 pallets of cabinets and nothing was damaged.
