Last night we slept in my late mother-in-law‘s double bed very comfortably. Today we are clearing her house and have taken her Relyon Braemer Mattress to the skip. We estimate that she had this mattress for between 40 and 50 years. Extraordinary that to this day it was comfortable. Only single complaint… why can’t mattress manufacturers put handles on the ends as well as the sides to facilitate moving?

I signed up to Lilysilk and there was a code for 20% off for new customers. Something went wrong and the full price went through. All I had to do was email, and a subsequent immediate response from " Apple" and the problem was sorted. Things do go wrong, but to have it put right without argument or hassle us a breath of fresh air in today's retail world. Thank you Apple for your help

I wanted a painting done that was handmade. I stumbled across this website and looked at the reviews. The reviews looked good and they offered secured method of payment, so i decided to take the next step and commission a painting. I gave them a photo and details of the photo. Monica responded that they would do the painting. Next they wanted to make sure that i was satisfied by sending me a picture of the artists finished product. Everything looked great, then tracking information was sent. The packaging was perfect, and this is coming from a United States Airforce veteran that worked directly with shipping and logistics. You guys have a new life long customer. Bless you all

Box was damaged, part of one of the tree section, where it inserts into the center of the tree, was protruded through the box. Upon inspection, looks like someone at your packaging facility forgot to place the corrugated cover on the end of the green insert. The piece is scratched due to other packages coming into contact with that insert. Not happy at all. Please go a better job with your quality assurance when you ship your trees. They are expensive so I expect better quality packaging.
