I’m always happy with my LILYSILK…

I’m always happy with my LILYSILK purchases. The quality is consistently good and the service reliable and professional. I do think the prices are creeping up to a level that I will have to make trade-offs and choices focusing on season-less basics.

Beautiful, Well-Constructed Clothing

My order arrived in a timely manner. The clothing items I ordered were packaged with great care which was a nice bonus. Also, the quality of the items I ordered (a sweater and silk blouse) was very good with regard to the construction and materials. I am looking forward to doing continued business with LilySilk and would highly recommend them.

I was first suspicious how the sizes and packing would be of these items .
I was so surprised.
quality work and silk fabric excellent .
EU/US SIZES ,not small sizes ,regular ones .
Packing very good and also presentation 5 STARS

Hard to return

can you please be honest with your customers on the return process?
I have asked for a return since July and now it is September. Not only did I not receive my refund, my return status has vanished from your system and I am unable to trace it. This is after sharing the tracking number

It took a while to get everything

It took a while to get everything, but it arrived as expected. The only idea I have is, that once there is a plan to split the order into several separate parcels, may be worth asking a client does s/he wants it. I would prefer wait longer and get everything in one, as otherwise 2 different companies were used and I had venture to different locations to pick the parcels, as the couries only once, out f 3, found me home. And 1 parcel less waste of resources.

I ordered a shirt and when it came in

I ordered a shirt and when it came in, the fabric so unbelievably soft and it looked so incredibly good that I immediately ordered a second shirt (different cut) in the same fabric. They aren't cheap, but I feel like they're very inexpensive compared to the quality of the product.

I ordered a silk top and material is…

I ordered a silk top and material is very very very cheap looking and feels cheap and did not look anything like what was show on the website. They showed an expensive looking top as the price also was and I got a SHEIN top honestly even worse.

Items are just as pictured

I was looking for some good quality pieces and bought 2 blouses and 2 pants
I am still waiting for the last pair of pants ordered recently.
The delivery does take like 10-12 days to arrive , clothes is true to size ( I had to have my pants hemmed because I am short ) so if you are tall then the length is perfect, the waist is true to size though .
I think these are pieces that can stay in your closet a long while .

Keeping It Nonetheless

While I was grateful for the discount that I was given, I was disappointed in the quality of the craftsmanship. The fabric is fantastic but the stripes don't match on the shoulder line. I was going to return it when I looked closer at the online pictures I noticed that they didn't match there either so I kept it. Why not put a yoke on the back to break up the shoulder line?

Gorgeous Cashmere cowl neck

I Made my second cashmere purchase, which was the off white cashmere cowl neck sweater. The details and quality were very nice, it was truly an off white cool tone and not a yellowish ivory. Customer service responded to my question quickly and my purchase was shipped promptly. Highly recommend!

Customer service is clear communication and problem solving.

Have been a long time customer with Lilysilk. However, during the anniversary sale, there are item out of stock and i purchased 2 item at a time. There is some misunderstanding caused, and, for the whole week, i have been writing in. Ms Apple was able to assist even not her case support and explain to me. I truly appreciated her time, effort and able to convey a clear message well. I do appreciate other staffs in prompt reply.

I ordered four dresses

I ordered four dresses, the two v-beck are the second time I am buying these dresses and are absolutely gorgeous.
However I ordered the cowl neck slip dress for the first time, it is beautiful, however a bit too loose overall and the neckline does not stay as it should exactly, but the overall execution and make of the dress is excellent. Thank you!

I liked the quick delivery and the…

I liked the quick delivery and the beautiful colours of the packaging. However, I expected to have a firm box rather than envelopes. The quality of the items I ordered is wonderful. I loved both silk and cashmere. Sadly, they arrived very dented because of their packaging in envelopes.

Customer care

I ordered a full set of queen size sheets and pillow cases but missed applying the coupon code “First20” to my purchase. After realizing this, I sent a notice to the customer service department and Apple quickly responded and informed me the coupon code would be applied and a refund would be issued. The Perfect Dress

I am an older woman and when I saw the perfect dress for a special event on their website I quickly called the company. Custom fitting is only an additional $30. Claudia helped me secure my measurements and then called me back to double check that all was correct. The dress arrived and fits PERFECTLY. I can’t thank Claudia and Likysilk enough for the confidence boost that comes from having the perfect outfit for an important event.

Prompt response

I emailed Lily silk literally seconds after I made an order because I chose the wrong color. Stone the representative got back to me immediately assuring me that he corrected my mistake. I certainly appreciated the prompt response because I hate returning things! The customer service seems to be excellent and I follow three people on YouTube who love Lily silk and I’m so grateful to have found them …beautiful stuff!
