Versatile top

I love the wide strap tank top I bought - the silk is lovely and perfect for my older age group.
I needed to return previous items that were not right for me and the web site is a little misleading as to how to return these but I was given the return address for the items and they have now been refunded.
Now I understand the process and refund wait times I would recommend SilkySilky as their sales staff are very helpful and willing to help.
I will use them again.

Sehr schlechte Qualität

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Eine Hose löst sich an der Naht nach weniger als 2 Monaten auf, bei anderer wird Stoff ganz dünn: nur selten nachts getragen, nur mit der Hand gewaschen. Parallel andere Seidenhosen von anderer Marke benutzt und genauso behandelt, gar kein Problem. Kundenservice geht darauf nur mit säuselndem Englisch ein, wiederholt dabei Fragen, verzögert alle einfach; keine Erstattung (weder monetär noch Ersatz), kein Einhalten der gesetzlichen Garantie.

Very poor quality. One pair of trousers disintegrated at the seam after less than 2 months, the fabric of another pair became very thin: rarely worn at night, only washed by hand. Used other silk trousers from a different brand at the same time and treated in the same way, no problem at all. Customer service only responds in „diplomatic“ English, repeating questions, trying to prolong the process since months, no refund or replacement, no guarantee.

Update: I have sent all information asked in the comment. I have heard the same text over and over again. I will update this review if there are any news.

Good quality and speedy service

I was concerned when I realised that my order would ship from China. However, I needn't have worried. The customer service team responded within 24 hours of my contacting them about tracking, and the package arrived after 5 to 6 working days. I ordered pyjama bottoms, which look good quality

Excellent

I took a dress, which I am using as a marvellous nightgown. It's highly recommended, but please pay attention to the sizes that fit slightly less than European sizes. If I find a good offer, I will get other colours!

Great in Every Way!

This midi skirt from Silky Silky completely matched what I had in mind to pair with a new mohair sweater. It was delivered quickly and efficiently and I was kept updated on its arrival. For a very good price I have a beautiful soft and very comfortable skirt and would definitely do business with Silky Silky again!

So far I am happy with the pillowcases…

So far I am happy with the pillowcases I bought, appears to be of good quality. Time will tell of course, so I will not know for sure until later.

Everything worked fine with the ordering, except that it take a bit of time, perhaps ten days or so for me from order to delivery.

Good service

The delivery was timely and there were no worries about receiving the pyjamas. Good all round service. When I spoke to customer service they replied straight away about my concern which there should have been none. All round well done.

Great shirt! Classic and elegant. I found Silky Silk after reading an Alan Cummings recommendation....so I got a shirt (and versatile basic black PJs)...and wore it to a reception for him.

Shady advertising, do not publish negative reviews

I ordered mulberry silk panties from their website, unfortunately did not check content before ordering, these are not silk panties, they are 35% silk 65% rayon and they are very thin. I paid $ 69.99 Canadian + tax for 4 panties (this was supposed to be after 50% discount, the regular is 139 dollars). I would have never paid the price if the advertising was more accurate about this being a blend. I wrote a review about this, the site said thank you, refresh to see it, and caboom, I refreshed and it was gone. There is no negative reviews allowed, only 4 and 5 stars are there.

I sent back a shirt that was far too…

I sent back a shirt that was far too large for me. Before sending it back i had contact with IVY. No reaction up to now. i want my money back.
