Great Experience!

I was a little nervous about ordering but I had nothing g to worry about at all!
The packaging was so well done and the time it arrived was sooner than expected.
I would order from them again in a heartbeat!

The shipping was fast

The shipping was fast, unfortunately the box was torn apart leaving the bottle compromised. But the good news was that I emailed Connor and sent photos. He immediately sent out a new bottle. The new bottle arrived very fast and was in perfect condition. Connor that Cana was sorry for the inconvenience.

I really appreciate how this was handled. We will be ordering from them again.

Great Business and Employees

Don’t think I’ve ever had this good of customer service! I’ve made two orders with Cana Wine Co. and they were beyond helpful!! I needed to do an address change and it was taking care of quickly!! The shipping is reasonable and fast and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Above and beyond

I received my order and I am so happy. It arrived perfectly intact and packaged with care.

I was unsure initially ordering online without visiting the store location, but Cana Wine did in fact go above and beyond my expectations. I will be looking to add to my collections through them again. I also appreciated their hand written note, this added to building my confidence with their brand. Thank you again!!
