I was looking for a few flights to Rome and Cheapticketsdeal came up with a fantastic price. At first I was a bit sceptical as I didn't know the website and my booking didn't go through, but then one of their agents called me and put the booking through no problem. I was told that I would be emailed an E-ticket within 6 hours but had received nothing the following morning - until I checked my junk folder and there was the e-ticket as promised. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Initially, I was skeptical about the website, but everything turned out great. I managed to secure two sets of tickets at prices I couldn't find anywhere else online. I made the reservation with future departure and got the tickets within a few hours, the credit card payment was declined in the first attempt, but went through after I spoke with my bank. The price I paid is reasonable. I will came back and update my travel experience after the travel date.

When I first saw their website, I had doubts because it looked clunky. However, I bought my tickets and received a call from the kind Bella Lopez, she attended to my needs up until midnight , calling and emailing to check if I have everything I need, I felt very pleased with their service and I am especially thankful to Bella Lopez, she is very good at her job 💯💯💯💯💯👏👏👏!

UPDATE BASED ON RESPONSE:
Thanks for your reply. Let's be clear on the facts:
1) I booked and paid online on your website for a 1 stop flight. This is what you then were unable to complete on. I did not book a direct flight for a reason so it is completely disingenuous to say that I turned down a direct flight and you were somehow doing me a favour. I have never had an OTA backtrack on a paid booking. You have which is the point and you have argued that offering a different trip configuration remedies the situation when it did not meet my travel requirements.
2) I was particularly annoyed when you started justifying things with your "terms and conditions". Whatever they say, your website makes clear that it is confirmed and i received an email confirmation with the top line stating:
"Your booking successfully completed. Congratulations your booking has been confirmed. Thank you"

If you state that and then have something different in your Ts and Cs you are breaching the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations in the UK.

At a more basic level, your competitors are confirming and delivering on the paid contract with their customers. You are making all the outward signs of doing the same but not delivering in this case and hiding behind Terms and Conditions that allow you 24 hours to really confirm. That is what is wrong and why people should be made aware.

BEWARE. They sent me an email titled "Your booking successfully completed. Congratulations your booking has been confirmed".

All sounds fine right. Well no. These folks back tracked and referred to their T and Cs to try and change my booking (and charge more). Unethical in my book so will never deal with them. When I suggested they at least change their email, they went back to their terms and conditions.

I was unsure as I hadn’t heard of these before and there is a company with a similar name with bad reviews.

Cheapticketsdeal dealt will all queries quicker than most agencies I’ve used. They gave me the airline code so I could register my air miles & sent me an invoice on a Saturday evening only 6 hours after me asking for it.

This is my second time using cheapticketdeals. This is an awesome company to get you your tickets at a reasonable price.
