Bella was great to work with and the process was pretty straight forward. The only issue/concern I had was the price of my tickets went up before my they were issued - but everything else was excellent!

Eric Wood was able to give me a good deal when changed my itinerary. He is courteous and patient to my questions and request. He listens to what i really want in relation to changing my destination so I can make use of my credit.

Can't get access to booked tickets. We don't see email confirmation. We had to contact customer support who sent us confirmation code to retrieve ticket confirmation for airlines but that didn't work either. Utterly unprofessional website.

they also answer to the emails very quickly, addressing all issues.

I had a flight credit to use (from a previous flight I had cancelled) that was expiring on Dec 31st and I needed to find a flight to use up my flight credit. Alan Brown spent hours on the phone with me to help resolve this. I appreciate the time he took to help me so that I don’t lose my credit!

I was initially worried that the price for my NYC-JAC roundtrip ticket was "too good to be true" when I first saw it on the CTD website - so I called the company to learn more.

I spoke with Bella, who helped me find the best flight option at an incredible price, one that was hundreds of dollars cheaper through CTD than I found anywhere else online. Even still, I hesitated to buy my ticket through CTD right away because I have been burned by online travel agents like them in the past - so I was very skeptical. I shared this skepticism with Bella, asking her a ton of questions about the ticket if I decided to purchase it through her (was I purchasing an actual confirmed seat with the airline? was the price she quoted to me the all-in final price? etc. etc.). Bella very patiently and professionally answered my questions (15-20mins worth of them!), assuring me that I would be purchasing a confirmed ticket with the airline at the price she quoted.

Bella provided truly exceptional customer service - so much so that I decided to trust her and give CTD a shot, so I bought my ticket with her on the phone. Later, Bella even called me back to confirm the booking number for my flight, a booking number that I could use with the airline (United) to retrieve my confirmed reservation with them as well. So I did just that - and I found my reservation on United's website right away: a confirmed ticket, just as Bella had promised!

Annie Brown was very helpful to find my ticket confirmation number for me for my upcoming flight. I have never booked with cheapticketdeal and was a bit nervous about it. It all has been legit and customer service is very helpful.
