The beginning: I saw your ad on IG and made a decision to purchase based on my needs. The website was clear and easy. Ordered the shoes.
The shoes arrived not in a box which surprised me but I also thought that perhaps I missed something on the website. Perhaps you're trying to lower your environmental footprint. That's a plus if its true.
The shoes are very comfortable. Wide Toe box but not ugly. I've gotten lots of compliments on the shoes.
The End: I love the shoes. They're cute and comfortable. I would recommend them

Very comfortable shoes!! I ordered the wrong size originally and co texted customer service and they were so helpful in getting me the right size shoes. Looking forward to ordering a other pair in a different style.

The shoes arrived very well wrapped in the box with a nice note. The shoes are beautiful, but they were too small..
I’m in the process of trying to return them for a larger size, but the return process seems difficult.

Easy ordering and constant communication regarding transport. The shoes are super cute and comfortable! I kept seeing them in my feed and finally took the bait.

The only way to exchange sizes is to return the shoes to an international destination which costs around $40. I had several emails with Customer service. Their offer was keep the shoes I couldn't wear and they would refund me 10%. Keep the shoes I couldn't wear and order a new pair at 70% cost. I do not recommend ordering from them directly. Buyer beware.

The shoes are SUPER cute. However, they run SUPER small. The first pair I ordered were so small I gave them to my 11 year old instead of returning them. I ordered a size up from what I normally wear and they’re still too small. I tried wearing them for a day and my feet were dying. I’m guessing sizing up AGAIN would solve it, but sheesh. So much trouble and waiting on them to arrive.

all the advertising promises 1pp% guaranteed fit , comfort , etc. shoes are horribly uncomfortable ! tried to return, they say you have to pay a 50 dollar return or I can keep them and donate to someone . company is not legit, stay away from them!

I wear a US women's size 10

I ordered their size 10-10.5 but my toe went to the end of shoe with no room to spare making them too small.

They gave me 10% back [$6] because there's no other size option for me.
[size 10+ is their largest]

They are an international company with no US return hub so, you either pay to ship them back to Florence Italy or you keep shoes you can't wear.

Really disappointed because they're really cute shoes

The advertising on IG, the ease of ordering and lastly the quality of the product. When I received my shoes, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the look of my shoes! Love them for traveling as well as everyday wear!

I like the shoe style although I was unaware that they were not leather. No where on the shoe itself or the box does it say the materials contained in the shoe…very weird. I’ve never seen that before. I went up a size but could have used another one-half to a full size larger. They were packaged nicely. They took longer than expected to arrive.

The communication. The first pair ordered in my usual size 8 US were too tight. I needed to return them. After contacting the company it was decided that due to the return shipping cost, I would reorder a second pair for less than $30 while retaining the first. Which were gifted to a coworker. The size 9 US fit perfectly and many compliments are given when worn.

Would give zero stars if I could - same issue as other people and kicking myself in being deceived by a shoe company that is only concerned about profit. Shoes were way smaller than stated... like more than a whole size smaller. So if you want to order, know that. If you're a 9 - the 10-10.5 might fit you. If your feet are bigger than 9, don't order. That is the largest size and their return policy is such that you have to pay $40 shipping to return to their warehouse in China, which IS NOT CLEAR upon purchase unless you're the kind of person that presses all the buttons on a website before making any order. On top of that, their customer service was so rude. negative 5 stars, would not recommend.

The shoes are great, but they were too small for my size 10 foot! Customer service was quick to respond. Sending the shoes back was expensive. They offered a small return credit and I kept the shoes and gave them to a friend. She loves them!

I ordered a pair of sneakers in my size based on the instructions on the website. There were also many claims on the website of 100% satisfaction guarantee, full refund, free shipping, etc. I felt safe ordering from them knowing I could return if they didn't fit. When they came and were much too small, they pointed me to another area of the site where it says that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs TO A WAREHOUSE IN CHINA. My $70 shoes would cost $50 to ship back. They offered me a 15% refund to just keep the shoes, which I can't wear because they are way too small.

The ordering process was very easy! The quality of the shoes are fantastic. I have a super small foot and the size 5/6 is just a little too wide for my. No worries! I'll throw on a pair of thick socks!!

I have received several complements on the shoes within just a day of wearing them.

I was so excited when I received the package. I was able to get it to the table and carefully remove all papers around the box. I was so excited for a present to myself. It’s great to wear them everyday as they are comfortable, beautiful, and more than expected!! Thank you!!

I had ordered the vintage sneaker. The tracking information was fantastic and continued until my package arrived. Unfortunately the shoes were too small. I had ordered them for a trip and was hoping to make an exchange in time to still take them. I reached out to customer service, an easy to find option on their follow up email. I was so surprised to have a response almost immediately! The options given were clearly laid out and upfront about any shipping costs I would incur depending on my choice. I was able to complete a new order in no time!!
They can not promise I will receive them in time for my trip, but they certainly are doing their best. I am extremely pleased!

Loved the look of the shoes. Unfortunately the size was a just a bit too small for me, but the customer service agent who responded to my email provided a prompt and acceptable solution for me to get a replacement pair in the size I need.
