My toes were always cramped in regular sneakers until I tried these from DeFlorance. The wide toe box makes such a difference, my feet feel so much more relaxed. I wore them during a long flight and didn’t feel the usual discomfort. They also look pretty cute with jeans!

The sneakers are very cute but there is essentially no arch support as they claimed. It does have a very comfortable insole but again not very supportive. I did like that the toe box on the shoe is wide and can accommodate my bunion. Overall the shoe is comfy and cute. I will solve the issue of support by replacing the insole with a supportive insole.

I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for months, and these shoes have helped more than I expected. The pain in my heels has started to lessen since I began wearing them. Plus, they don’t look orthopedic at all—they’re actually pretty cute! These are my new go-to shoes for comfort and style.

Buyer beware. My experience was extremely frustrating as their sizing does not correspond with other shoe brands. So I ordered my normal size which ended up being too small, so I requested a return and was told it would cost $40, but ordering a second pair would be only $26. And then the sizing inconsistency struck again. I explained my dilemma and their only option was for me to buy again at my expense. Apparently this is 100% my issue, the take no responsibility, yet they keep changing their sizing chart and many other people had the same issue. They don’t deserve to have customers as they don’t treat them with respect.

I could not wear the shoe because of an operation I had on my foot. When I asked for a refund I was informed that I could get 10 % back. That is insulting I will be letting everyone I know not to purchase from your company.

Wow! Horrible company! They will not accept a return and the shoe quality is horrible. Don’t buy anything from this CHINESE based company. I was told return shipping was on me and that I had to return it to CHINA - which was estimated to cost over $30 by the USPS.
Order Update: After reading my above review, DeFlorance reached out to me to offer a 25% refund as a means to apologize for their poor customer service. I really admire a company willing to acknowledge their mistake. Also, they informed me that they are in the process of updating their shoes in quality and performance, so don't rule them out as an option for purchasing. The shoes are cute so I hope they get it right!!

States that they are shipping in USA, and my order took 4 weeks to receive. When I contacted them to cancel my order I so oddly received an email that my order will be shipped. I still requested for it to be cancelled and they would not let me cancel it. Hope my return goes better!

Unfortunately, I have had very BAD Experience with this company. They sent me the wrong order, and after a week of email exchanges to correct the situation, they are now telling me that my correct order actually arrived and are trying to show me a shipping label as proof. The shipping label clearly only shows that one pair of shoes were delivered, and I ordered two. This is a HUGE SCAM If something goes wrong with the order. It looks like some people have received their shoes and like them. Perhaps if I had the size and color that I actually would like, I wouldn’t be writing this review, even if the shoes were poorly made. I would just keep them and forget about it. On principle, this is just WRONG!
