Customer service excellence

So far, I’ve experienced outstanding customer service and very fair review of all claims. My Lab is 5 years old, adopted one year ago, so I’ve had slightly over a year participating with Embrace.

I couldn't be more pleased with…

I couldn't be more pleased with purchasing Embrace Insurance for my Frenchie. If you have a Frenchie, than you already know good insurance is key.

Embrace has reimbursed all my claims in a timely manner. I have no complaints and I am very happy that I chose embrace.

Have a health insurance policy for our…

Have a health insurance policy for our dog is great.

We were reimbursed for all of our Wellness expenses so far. We just adopted our 14 month German Shepherd puppy.

The communication between the underwriters and our Vet was frustrating. Our Vet kept sending the requested documents but was still receiving requests to send it again.

It wasn't until the Vet got a little upset with Embrace underwriters that they then paid the claim.

My Pom Pearl Deserves Good Health Coverage

I am so happy to have insured my precious dog with Embrace. They are clear on the various coverages and my claims have been processed speedily. It is no longer the good old days or a $15.00 vet bill. Pet medicine is as sophisticated as our own, and pet responsibility means medical coverage.

No automatic electronic reimbursements

Timely response to claims but the check reimbursement is not convenient. All claims should be automatically reimbursed electronically. Embrace should store bank info to allow automatic EFTs for reimbursements.

Embrace insurance equals peace of mind…

Embrace insurance equals peace of mind that $$ won’t be a factor on whether your pet lives or dies. The folks at embrace care about your pet and that translates to they care about me, when I call one of first questions a rep asks me is how is Georgia my pets name and then go over any questions I may have about a claim or coverage question. When I had question about coverage when Georgia was a puppy the CEO at the time got on the phone with me and walked me through the health certification form they asked me to submit through my pets vet so that coverage would be clear going forward. I have not been disappointed once in 7 years of coverage. The folks at embrace are committed to making Georgia’s health needs an emotional decision not a financial one.

Embrace - Best Pet Insurance

Our Siberian Husky, Kona, has been insured by Embrace since he was eight weeks old in 2013 when we got him. Prior to getting Kona I spent a full day researching and calling, in my opinion, the top 5 pet insurance companies and Embrace came out on top because I like that they have an ANNUAL deductible whereas the others had a per incident deductible, and if you need to take your pet to an emergency hospital as soon as you walk in the door you pay anywhere from $125.00 to $150.00 which Embrace covers along with the treatment your pet receives which the others do not. And, finally, since Kona has quite a few allergies to food and outside influences and that caused and, sometimes, still does ear infections and impacted anal glands we have been to our Veterinarian quite a few times and after I submit the claim within 5 days or sometimes sooner I receive the Explanation Of Benefits of what will be paid and then within a week the money is deposited directly into our bank account. My husband and I both are constantly recommending Embrace to other pet parents.

difficulty updating our dogs medical history

Filed a claim, which was accepted, but was sent to us along with a list of items that would not be covered in the future due to preexisting conditions. Our dog is 3 years old and healthy, but had a clump of fur which our vet apparently called a “lump” on his elbow. It came out with after grooming, but when we got our claim we were told our dog would not be covered for any cancer treatments. Makes sense given the description the vet wrote.
The frustrating part is we received this information from a Do Not Reply Email, with no contact information for support from embrace. To appeal this our vet needs to reach out to embrace, it’s unclear who they need to reach out to, and there was no option for us to contact embrace ourselves. We are working with our vet to update them, but not by any means an ideal experience for making this clarification.

Great Service

I have been a customer of Embrace for 6 years now. The wellness visit reimbursements are always handled very quickly! In addition, my Bernese Mountain dog had an expensive elbow issue that was promptly and fairly covered. When he became ill at the end of his life, all those bills for x-rays and testing were also promptly covered. I can not say enough good about their service and caring. I remain a customer with my current two Bernese mountain dogs. Highly recommend.

Embrace is a wonderful company

Embrace is a wonderful company. We made a claim for our dog when she had minor surgery to remove a broken and torn toenail. The claim form process was simple and fast. We received progress reports from Embrace when they received, processed and sent out the claim check. The whole process took a couple of weeks from beginning to end. We are very satisfied.

Excellent insurance

I have been using Embrace for several years. They have been prompt and have covered their portion of my dogs bills without problems. Rosie had a mast cell tumor which was removed and has follow up checkups. She is also and older dog with some mobility problems which I am having treated. Embrace is an excellent insurance company!

Embrace Has Been Great

Embrace has been great so far. We have never had a problem with claims. They are reasonably priced , efficient, courteous , and honest. I recommend their insurance . Our pet has had some unexpected health issues , and embrace has been there for her the entire way.

Claims are processed efficient and fast…

Claims are processed efficient and fast with excellent communication. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because premiums go up significantly every year. I have a 3 year old retriever with almost no medical claims (spaying at 6 mos.) Almost all claims are annual checkups which are covered by a separate policy which is really a pet HSA policy. My fear is as my dog gets older and will need the medical insurance, the premiums will be more than I can afford.

My husband and I have insured our 2…

My husband and I have insured our 2 dogs with Embrace for 5 years. Their customer service is above and beyond awesome. We needed to use the insurance the first year for our younger dog who came from Cleveland with heart worm. Embrace didn't hesitate to pay the bills. (we have the $500 deductible 80% payment) Recently, our older dog (14+years) developed heart issues (too much protein in the non-grain foods!!! Choose grain foods unless your dog has allergies! Latest warning from dog health websites.) For 5 months, he needed heart, lung or abdominal draining. Again Embrace was spectacular in helping us with bill payments. Yes, you pay as you go along, but when you need it, the insurance is there. We just added the puppy (3.5 months) on our policy. I can only say they are awesome!
