Kenton was very calm and professional and did what he promised effectively although I was very upset at my flight being changed to 11 hours later after I booked it a month ago and there was almost a month before the flight was scheduled. The change was the fault of Volaris and not Kenton's and it cost me an additional $350 US to rebook it to a different airline. Not a good way for the airline to maintain customers.

My experience booking tickets with booking Jet Blue through their agent, Russell, was amazing. He was patient and extremely helpful throughout to ensure the best booking for my needs. Could not have skied for more.

I had a great experience with Tony and agent there. I told him my situation that I needed to change the time of my flight and was there anything he could do to help me he diligently searched until he found affair that I could afford. Thank you for people like Tony . in this day Of poor customer service he was a shiny light.

I was on the phone with Tony for almost an hour and a half. My flight had been delayed, which then was going to make me miss my connecting flight. I was on a time constraint because I’m helping my son move. Tony found a way for me to get there and was very patient and extremely helpful, Something you do not find anymore.
He’s good for American Airlines. I hope he gets a job somewhere else. This is my third time trying to fly with American Airlines and I’ve had the same problem each time. What a shame it is going downhill. This was my final time with American Airlines.

My customer service representative, SHIRLEE, was awesome!! I had an emergency and was forced to cancel my flight back home. Shirlee thoroughly answered all of my many questions and was very patient with me as she booked another flight. My emergency situation became less stressful because of her.

Kolten was the best agent ever. Actually he was better than best. He was very empathic in helping me switch my flight so that I could visit my daughter whom I have not seen in over 2 years during the up in coming Christmas holiday.
