It’s a scam

It’s a scam! Don’t use this site! I paid for a dress and express shipping they took the money and no shipping information and package did not arrive. No contact details and goes to auto chat line asking for more money to answer enquiries.

I was initially very scared because…

I was initially very scared because after ordering 2 $150 dresses, I had gotten no confirmation but the money was taken out of my account. Later, I did find that my email that I used was slightly wrong. That was part of the problem. After that, I will say the company was very responsive to me under customer service and solved my issues And one of the dresses I do not like and they will refund it with a small shipping fee of eight dollars UPS. The dresses are a very good quality but watch the sizing. I’m in a normal size 12 and that corresponds to anXXL By their sizing. Now one dress did fit like a 12 the other one fit more like a 14 so be prepared for that unfortunately I really like the one that fit like a 14 so to avoid the long shipping back and ordering I am just having it altered for quite a bit of money. Their shipping does take 12 days at least and one complaint I have is that I did pay for expedited shipping on one and it still took 12 days, but overall, they did their best to satisfy me. I’m going to try and get the shipping feedback for the expedited which took 12 days.

For the shipping issue, usually, after we confirm your order, we need 3-5 working days to process your order. The lead time required for different items is different. If there are multiple items in your order, our warehouse will split the package and send out the them that have been stocked first. Once the items are dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days with express delivery. Therefore, if you receive the order within 12 days after placing the order, it is also within the time frame of express delivery. We will consider increasing the inventory of products and improving the efficiency of our logistics colleagues so that the products can be shipped as soon as possible.

Fabulously elegant dresses but my Fehaute facebook had different prices than the website …

My phone Fehaute facebook had different prices than your website (a little confusing) otherwise you would have got a 5 start rating! I think your designs look fabulous and elegant and I am very much looking forward to receiving my dress - and hopefully buying many more once I see how the 'fit' is. Very easy to purchase!

Well made dress

I have ordered a dress that I returned because the color didn't fit me, I have reordered it in a different color. It is very well done. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is because I had some difficutiy returning it. I had to contact them by email.

Thank you for your reply. We have watched the video you mentioned, but there is no reliable evidence in the video to prove that we are a fraudulent website.
All the arguments are based on the subjective requirements of the YouTuber for online shopping websites.
If judged by his standards, a large number of small and medium-sized online shopping companies that are operating honestly and are in the process of business expansion can be labeled as 'scam', which is extremely unfair to all of the merchants who are working hard to provide better services & products.

The website is easy and the choices are…

The website is easy and the choices are amazing.
Delivery time was very good and the quality of the dress was excellent.
The fabric was a little heavier than I expected but I presume that is to help the dress keep in shape. It is very elegant and I cannot wait to wear it for an upcoming informal cocktail evening.
I am eagerly awaiting my next two orders!!

The overall experience was smooth

The overall experience was smooth. I liked the size charts, the dress design but I would recommend to please give accurate pricing. And what total money would be deducted for what purposes. If it is for shipping, you can show how much the shipping charge is cause I was shocked that my account got deducted by a greater amount .
Nonetheless, an overall good experience so far. Hope to receive the order smoothly as well😊

I am trying to find out the estimated…

I tried to find out the estimated delivery date of my item. No response. Later, after I gave them a poor review, the company did contact me and was able to give me a projected delivery date of 4-6 weeks. I asked to have the order cancelled and they did offering me a full refund.
