Starting my policy was easy

Starting my policy was easy. My agent told me I had to set up auto pay which is great, only thing is I never get a reminder email or text letting me know payment will be coming out of my account soon. Also i could never log in to the website at all.

Made it was so nice help me with…

Made it was so easy. Help me with everything. Got me the lowest possible rate. I didn’t even have my credit card she held everything called me later to get the information. I had them before but I had to reinstate it they’re really good insurance and then two accidents with them everything got taken care of perfectly.

Excellent customer service!!

Well for the moment I don't have request services for accidents but from I got my insurance the service from the office person had been excellent and by on line payments all has been good, the web site works easily because I'm not kind of person very involved with the technology.
