Reinsured by Lindsay.

I today had pleasure of being assisted by Ms Lindsay at the office in Springfield & I really can’t say enough about her customer service. I wish everyone could have such an experience. Assisting me with my quote, explaining everything clearly,& finding the right numbers that worked for me sounds like a lot but she made it feel like I was leisurely walking through the park. Which is a blessing especially today because everything is so automated.Thank you again the wonderful experience.

Exactly what I needed!

Exactly what I needed!
After looking for insurance for weeks and getting outrageous quotes and poor customer service from other companies, I called Freeway, and I'm sure glad I did. I spoke with Tania at the Long Pond office. She was courteous, helpful, and informative. I received the best rate and the process was effortless. I highly recommend, if you are looking for insurance, do yourself a favor and give her a call!

They have been very negligent on…

They have been very negligent on keeping in touch with me are even responding to my emails and phone calls. I made a claim in December and still haven’t taken care of it and will not even respond. I highly recommend that you do not use this insurance company

customer services is the worst once…

customer services is the worst once they have the money , you can do any change , no body care especially when you call the number FREEWAY INS SERV TX
1-713-230-8090 wait 10 min to get in touch i spoke with juan 10 min transfer my call after the othere lady do the same another guy same problem 45 wasted for nothing

Jonathan was Awesome

I would like to express my gratitude to Jonathan for his help yesterday. He listened attentively to the issue I was having with Blue Fire Insurance, and was sympathetic and agree it was unfair, did all he could to help right a wrong. He was a excellent example of great customer service and took action and offered other options. Hats off to him! May God Bless Him Immensely 🙏
