Managed to find and book a motorhome to suit our needs the goboony search function could be improved as it returned unsuitable results against the search

Interaction with the van owner was 100% positive.

Goboony is very invasive. To many emails. Alot of pestering. Biggest negative is their full insurance terms. Very expensive when in addition to the standard insurance. Plus, if you do not take the full package then they demand £1500 deposit three weeks before the booking. This is ridiculous. Such a should only be taken on the day of vehicle pick up

Just backing up post by Helen Bourne below. Their complaints process is all based on evidence so if the owner has more evidence than you - you lose. Often large sums of money. I paid about a grand for a two night break in a dangerous shitty old van and the owner got a new clutch paid for. Fair ? No but the owner will always have more evidence as they have access to the van. Totally disgusting and they will tell
Me I'm wrong as I didn't have access to the van to get my own mechanic to check it. It's the luck of the drawer. If you suspect any issues make images and videos IMMEDIATELY as They don't make this clear.

Do not book with this company . I made a very minor error when putting in my personal details on the account . When I confirmed the booking online I attempted to change the error and immediately it charged me an additional £40 for a weekend booking . I rang their customer service who were useless , told me I could cancel if I liked but I would lose 80% of what I had paid . I emailed customer service and never got a reply .

The person I hired a motorhome from signed the return form and marked down there was damage which I wasn't responsible for, she then tried to blame me and keep my deposit.
I contacted Goboony and they're sorting it out and will be getting my deposit back.

I haven’t gone on the trip yet but so far the customer service has been outstanding. I had some issues with the documentation and they got someone (a person, not a robot) to contact me and explain to me what was going on ans they helped me out very fast, replying within minutes. The owner of the van has been also super nice. So no complain! Very good and secure servie.

I can’t believe how easy it was to list my Campervan on GoBoony. The support was excellent and always there when you need assistance. My vans been out a few times now and each time the communication from GoBoony has been smooth and prompt. Keep up the good work guys…. Tango

Just be careful when hiring from Goboony as so many charges, motorhome was advertised at £79 a day with all their charges the 3 nights away worked out at £200 a night and we still had to pay the site fees on top of, so all in all not a cheap option, you would be better off booking a air bnb.

Goboony gives me confidence as they arrange the booking. It is good that they keep a deposit and send the in and outgoing forms etc. It makes life easir taht they control and complete the calender and are aninitial buffer.

I have just had the best customer service experience in a long while. Unfortunately there was an issue with our original camper which would impact our holiday.

Jodie at GoBoony was so helpful in resolving our issues while being considered about impacts on advertiser's. She did everything the right way and we ended up coming with the best outcome.

I 100% recommend goboony and their customer service is 10/10.

I was a bit dubious as never booked anything like this.but I have to say how professional the whole experience is.1,dealing with goboony and 2,dealing with the owner.so easy and great value and everything explained perfectly. Although we have yet to start our holiday I have no doubt it will be perfect.
