this is my first review ever, the experience I had with Goliathautotransport exceeded my expectation both in price and the service, especially Brenden. I was nervous, because this was my very first car shipment across the country (NJ to CA). Fortunately, Brenden was there whenever I had a question or concern. so, he deserves 5 minutes of my time.

I cannot say enough good things about the type of service that Brenden at Goliath Auto Transport provided to my family and I. In such a difficult time for our entire world, Brenden and the team came through! He spent 45 minutes on the phone with explaining the process and procedures. I felt extremely comfortable in the booking process with Brenden. He never made us sign a contract or pay a deposit until the vehicle was assigned to a driver for pick-up with designated pick-up and delivery dates as well as a final price negotiated. Overall we are so pleased that our Subaru shipped from Chatsworth, CA to Des Moines, IA in just 4 days. We paid a fair price for an enclosed transport. Thank you so so much, Brenden. Initially skeptical, Goliath Auto Transport (Brenden) made shipping our car from Virginia to California convenient and straightforward. From start to finish, Brenden quoted a price and began the process on Memorial Day. Brenden’s dedication and resources were astonishing as he had an available transportation company that kept us posted on the timing of the pickup and delivery. The vehicle was picked up on a Monday (Memorial Day) at 4:00 PM and delivered to our son in California on Wednesday – 48-hours later.

The drivers from Machinex Trading were attentive, courteous, and professional. Goliath Auto Transport took a lot of the worry out of the process. The car was delivered safely and amazingly ahead of schedule.

Car shipping can be really daunting. You get people calling and emailing that they are the best and they "warn" you about dealing with other brokers. I chose Brendan and was so happy. He was always willing to answer my calls or texts - super helpful. He was always patient and answered all my questions. Service was super fast - and car arrived in great condition. We are snow birds now and I will use Goliathautotransport again in a minute. Highly recommended. He really stands behind the sale even after pick up!! The transportation went super smoothly. Morgan was very helpful. She found a driver right away and worked with me when I had to change the transportation date. After my rigorous research for one trustworthy company for my vehicle, I finally found this company called Goliath Auto Transport. My rep Natalie has been amazing from the beginning to the end. She didn’t even ask for money until she found a reliable driver! And she gave me a reasonable quote. (many companies ask you for deposit at the very beginning of starting an order) She responded to my texts within a minute to answer every single question I had. And on the day of pickup, a driver came within a time frame I was given, we met at the closest shopping mall because my driveway was too narrow for their track. On delivery day, I got a call one day prior, 30 minutes prior and then when he delivered my vehicle I was happy that I found zero damages to it. I was told that it would take 7-10 days and it took me 9 days. I can’t believe how smooth everything went. I heard from other people complaining of delays, miscommunications, vehicle damages, rip-off prices so I was a bit nervous to begin with. But Natalie did amazing job for my vehicle to transfer from New York to California. I can’t thank enough for her care. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommended!!

Brenden at Goliath Auto Transport was a lifesaver during my last minute scramble to find transport after dealing with a terrible broker. Brenden's communication was excellent (even outside of regular business hours), he was transparent, and he was honest. No slick sales talk, no over promising and under delivering. He worked fast, found me a great carrier, and came in under what I was expecting to spend. You can't ask for more than that.

Brenden also did a great job vetting the carrier that ultimately transported for me, and got me a copy of their insurance card before they ever touched my car. This is the only time I've ever had a broker do this before me having to ask.

For reference, I have worked as a broker in the past and understand the industry pretty well. It's simple, and what matters is honesty. Most brokers are excellent at salespeople and talk a good game about relationships, connections, budget, etc. I like to think I know when a broker is talking crap, but even I got suckered by one this last go around. Most of those sites you find through search engines are just lead generators, and you will be hounded for weeks, if not months, once they get your contact info.

I've saved Brenden's contact info, and he will be my first call next time. Thanks Brenden, you came through and I really appreciate that.
