I have recently changed my car for one of a similar age and mileage.I contacted MS Insurance to arrange cover and I was I informed that my premium would rise from £50 to £72 per month despite 58yrs of claim free motoring. Go Skippy were swift to offer me more than adequate over identical to my previous cover for a touch over £50 so I am very pleased and delighted to be so quickly. reinsured.

Very easy process and showed multiple options. Feel that the 'optional extras' could have been labelled better as it seemed as though I was being asked to add things that were already part of the policy I chose, but reading through the descriptions helped. Cheap enough, but great coverage. Would be looking much more with other insurers!

Better than last years price? however, I thought that taking a premium cover car insurance would give me a premium breakdown cover, unfortunately this is not the case as the breakdown cover is only roadside assistance-away from my home! If I knew this I probably would have looked at other offers

I recently purchased car insurance from GoSkippy, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience. The process was smooth, and I had no issues from start to finish. The coverage options were clear, and the customer service was helpful whenever I had questions. However, I was disappointed to find that they don’t seem to have a mobile app, or at least I couldn’t find one. It would have been more convenient to manage my policy on the go. Still, I’m happy with the service and would recommend them to others!

Miles cheaper than my renewal for the year, in fact half the monthly cost.

Avoid this company like the plague. Had to cancel my insurance due to selling the car and was shocked by the charges they were applying for me to cancel!!

They were very quick and efficient with providing me a quote. Not only were they speedy providing the quote but the were very cheap compared with all of the other big providers and saved me £20 a month. The process was easy and relatively quick considering how much information you have to provide and as soon as I had finished the process i received a link to access my policy documents. All-round great experience so far and would recommend!

Having tried to take out a policy with yourselves when I get to the payment I put in bank details and you come back with " unable to authenticate bank details phone the following number , No mention of the fact that you will be charging me £20.00 for this call , Seems like a bit of a rip off will be going elsewhere ,

Shooping around and found Goskippy for the best quote, previous insurance wanted to charge me £200 more than last year. Yet goskippy could do it for nearly £400 cheaper. Simple and hassle free when setting up quote online. Easy to navigate and very straightforward.

Like talking to a wall. The most frustrating company I have ever had to deal with. I wish I never renewed my policy with them and certainly will be going elsewhere in future. If you value your sanity please avoid using this company. Emailed them about my policy in August, after endless emails back and fore because they kept telling me my email address wasn't linked to my policy (it in fact was) I was told the would resolve the issue. This lead to a delay in my renewal which in turn lead to a direct debit being cancelled and then a letter from go skippy telling my policy had been cancelled. After much frustration I finally sorted all this out, with the credit company directly as go skippy were useless. I have again recently tried to contact Go skippy in relation to my policy for them again to tell me my email address is not linked to a policy!
Honestly couldn't make this fiasco up! Absolutely shambles of a company that have given me nothing but stress headaches for weeks
