Overall a great experience.

Move in and move out was easy. We had a couple of questions about the property during our stay and they were responsive and got the issues taken care of. I really liked the app and could find answers and/or communicate with the team quite efficiently using that.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to assist me on text and over the phone. All my questions were answered. Very excited to being using landing for my travels. Definitely recommend to any digital nomads!

Terminate my 6 month Lease after 65 days

The company decided not to renew the lease of the apartment I lease after I moved in with a 6-month agreement and terminated my apartment after 70 days. Obviously super inconvenient. The apartment is still available through the actual apartment complex at a cheaper rate and Landing wants me to purchase the furniture. Feels very bait and switch. I'd be careful using them for anything more than a couple months.

Best Customer Service Ever

We are spending three months in Columbus, OH for the Buckeyes football season in a 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment at Albany Glen. The apartment has been very well cared for and contains everything we need in the kitchen. Every time I submit a maintenance ticket, it is addressed within 24 hours. I have a Landing coordinator who contacts me every week asking if there is anything I need help with and then follows up. A couple times I notified them of an issue, and the maintenance person arrived to fix the issue the same day. I will definitely use the Landing in the future, thanks so much for the outstanding service and beautiful luxury apartment.

I have been doing Landing Standby for…

I have been doing Landing Standby for close to two years now. There have been so many changes to the program and the unit availability it can be daunting sometimes. I must give credit to Sydney one of the area general managers. She always goes out of her way to help in anyway possible. I have had some trying moments and she has pulled through to help assist in anyway possible. Thanks Sydney and keep up the good work!

My latest Landing experience with Host Lawrence in San Antonio

My latest Landing experience with Host Lawrence was great. Although I had so many issues with the Internet and bugs, Lawrence did his best by personally troubleshooting, sending technicians and finally ordered brand new television sets for the apartment. In regards to the bugs, Lawrence made sure that I was equipped with ample bug spray and professional pesticide technicians. Their other issues beyond his control but his professionalism and dedication to solving the problems were stellar.

love the clean, luxury, move-in ready, pet-friendly apartments

I love my new landing apartment in St Louis! This is my 3rd Landing apartment, and I love being able to live in their luxury apartments with great amenities while on my travel nurse assignments in different cities. The only issue I have with my new apartment is that it's listed as a 1 BR, but it's more like a convertible / extended studio because there is no door on the bedroom - I was afraid this might be the case as I looked at the listing because I couldn't SEE a bedroom door in the photos, but I was hoping I was wrong about that - that is the only problem I've had with renting with Landing before seeing a property, and I consider it a minor one & my own fault for not double checking. I do like that Landing has a 7-day trial period, and that I could have looked into switching apartments but this wasn't a huge deal to me this time.

Great service for a complex move

This is a great service and we are so lucky to have found you. In our case, we are in the process of moving from one area of the country to another. Landings provided a turnkey short term solution to an immediate problem, and has become a flexible advantage for us as we navigate the complex housing market in our new location.

Very Grateful

There’s been a lot of changes recently and as a host it’s not always been easy to navigate them. I’m really grateful for the local AGM, Lora Teter. She’s been very supportive to both hosts and members and has made my job much more manageable. She’s very knowledgeable and always helpful. She’s done a fantastic job supporting us hosts. Her knowledge of the Phoenix market and the properties here is truly impressive. I’ve seen her consistently go above and beyond for hosts and members, and has made the Landing experience much more enjoyable for everyone.

I booked a room in Chicago

I booked a room in Chicago, when I arrived at the property, I was told to call Landing to get access to my room.

When I called (2:45pm), I couldn’t get ahold of the Area Manager. Then, when I got ahold of someone via the Emergency phone line, I was told #1: they didn’t have keys (the area manager never checked to make sure they were there), #2: if I did have keys, the apartment was not ready (unfurnished).

How irresponsible can a company get? My company booked this apt 2 months in advance…

Ernesto Lopez is the best!

I'm currently transitioning from Tacoma Washington back home to Phoenix Arizona. Ernesto Lopez has been beyond helpful in getting me what I need from my membership with Landing. He has spent so much time and care, and is so kind and patient. He makes you feel like you truly are his priority, and I feel fortunate that he was the one to answer when I called. Landing has provided us with a home…

Landing has provided us with a home away from home. It's so nice to be able to have privacy, and have the pleasure to sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal with the family. Our little one especially enjoys being able to go swimming, picking some vegetables, and enjoying a few outside games from time to time. We can never express our gratitude to be fortunate enough to be here!

Landing ended ny lease early on a place…

Landing ended ny lease early on a place I was staying, which was a bummer. I thought I had at least a couple days notice, but I woke up the next morning with a notice on my door taped from the building that said I had to be out by the morning, which was very scary and stressful. But Josh the manager came over and had a host help me move my stuff and drove me to my new location which was amazing because I have a heart condition. He made sure I was taken care of along with the host and was very friendly.

Andy Hannah listened to every question I had attentively and helped me narrow down my best options with Landing. Including some discounts I was unaware of! Be Careful- 1 month rental cancelled - 1 week prior to arrival

I rented an apt in Boston and 1 week before moving in (months after Landing held my deposits and payment) they cancelled my reservation w no substitute. Now I have to follow a process to get my month back. This is a joke. What about the interest and fact there are no rentals now available at a reasonable prices. BE CAREFUL! I am looking into what my rights are here. So beyond disappointed!

Ease of Landing

Company provides nice, updated apartment selections in desirable areas and the process of reserving, living in, and switching throughout their network of units is easy-to-do. The units are consistent in their amenities which is great and the staff has always been happy to help when needed. Overall great experience
