What I like is that the staff of kewlioo company is very understanding, honest, professional, people person and very polite. 😀 also respectful, and hearing, customer's feed back on their products. Or have some kindhearted understanding, people's opinions on .why? The products their buying, will better their ongoing, problems of self caring, and better health statistics to achieve well-being health issues. In general everyday living, and near future ahead. I had a problem with the size of my product, and I contacted the Customer Service Center and spoke to Jill who was very quick to offer me some options to resolve the situation. This situation has now been resolved and I am satisfied.

What made my latest experiences with Kewlioo so great was the customer service given to me by Dainty, who went out of her way to give me important advice. As a result of that advice, I not only received the correctly sized product, but ended up ordering *more* as soon as received the initial ones! I am truly grateful for that. Although I have arbitrarily given the date below as '1 August!, that is not really accurate because my communications back and forth with Dainty occurred between July and early August.

I appreciate the email that was sent after I purchased my product to see if my fit was good. Thank for that because I ordered the wrong size.
