I wanted my boyfriend to arrange a private invitation for me to visit him in Serpukhov this winter. However, he filled out the wrong form by mistake. I was worried about how to fix this issue. So, I went online and found Let’s Russia. I contacted them and asked if they could assist me with getting a private Russian invitation and visa.

The agency processed my documents quickly, and I recieved a Private Russian Visa in under a month. Now that I’ve obtained my visa, I can make my dream of traveling to Russia and visiting my boyfriend a reality.

This was a great experience. The customer service at Let’s Russia is excellent. Vangie was always quick to respond to my questions via email and text. We applied for our 3 year visas while traveling abroad and we were able to get our visas from their office in Germany. I recently used Let's Russia to get a 3-year visa and I couldn't be more pleased. I researched this process extensively on my own and found that it is incredibly intimidating and complex. The business letsrussia does not exist as a registered business in the United States. Do not give any of your money to this company. It's a fraud and a fake company. I lost more than 5000 USD and got nothing. Marcus is a pathological liar and there are no other employees. Be warned.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I arranged a visit with them for Russia but when the Ukrainian war broke out I decided it was not a good time to go to Russia

I asked the company multiple times for a refund of the money I paid them to arrange a visa and they promised on multiple occasions they would send me a refund but after a year it still hasn't shown up

Every time I contacted them they were very apologetic and blamed the delay on their accounting department which I now believe was just an excuse and they never had any plans to refund my money

I would avoid having anything to do with this company

Let's Russia has been a true life saver for us. One of our Russian friends fell ill. Being so far away in the US (and with sanctions), we were not sure how to help or where to turn. We found LR, and they are amazing!

They helped us find health insurance for our friend and even transfer money to pay for treatment. I am not sure where we could have turned.

LR and Marcus especially have become true friends. In these times of sanctions, anyone in the US with family or friends in Russia needs to get to know Let's Russia. We rest more easily knowing they are there.

I was traveling to Russia and was not prepared for the severity of the sanctions. None of my cards worked and I was forced to use my cash to pay for my hotel. This created many problems and I was going to have to change plans and sacrifice part of my vacation. Let’s Russia USA managed to get me the money I needed! Just amazing!! Thank you very much!
