I had the pleasure of working with Garima Jain who provided excellent service. From the beginning, I was impressed by her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my travel needs were met.

She was extremely responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. Whether it was answering questions or providing updates, her communication was clear, concise, and professional.

Despite the complexity of my travel arrangement (two separate bookings), she was able to handle everything with ease. Overall, I could not have been more satisfied with the service and I highly recommend Garima and Low Fare Travel for your travel needs.

Jaspreet help me with the booking and she is absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. Promptly found me the best airfares and was able to send me an email for me to review the itinerary. Since the ticket was wait listed she promptly continued to update me and let me know when the ticket was ready to be issued.
The only thing Lowfare travel can improve is the payment authorization form, which can be done electronically or PayPal without filling a paper copy and faxing/emailing back.

I 5 star Low Fare Travel customer service as they always respond prompt on any mode email or phone. I had to cancel my reservation just before my departure and they handled it gracefully. This place is a must for my next reservation.
