Forget the others, and just give Passports a try. You'll never look back!

I have traveled with many different educational touring companies and Passports is the ONLY company for me. From start to finish, you get a five star experience. The hotels are right in the heart of the cities you are paying to see--which equals so much time on tour. In Madrid, we stayed at the Regente--it's on Gran Via between Callao and Gran Via metro stops. There's no better location! From start to finish, Passports delivers an incredible experience. I'm so glad I gave Passports a try!!

My First Tour with Passports

This was my first tour with Passports as Group Leader and I am very impressed! The whole experience was top notch from planning to execution. The whole team made me feel like I mattered and made sure my group's needs were always met. From the delicious food to city center hotels to our amazing Tour Guide, this trip has been the best tour I've run. Passports surpassed my expectations and I will continue to travel with them in the future.

Passports = Excellence in Travel

We've just returned from our sixth adult trip with Passports since 2010. Our travel group loves Passports! The hotels are centrally located and the restaurants are top-notch. Our tour guide is always outstanding! And the local guides along the way are SO informative. Passports provides a learning experience that would be missed if you planned a trip on your own. Connections are planned with precision so that there's no wasted time. Of course, free time is included in the itinerary as well. Passports does a nice job of balancing seeing the most you can, while having leisure time to enjoy the most you can. I've done many trips with Passports and they are fabulous! I highly recommend them!!

22 years and counting...

I have worked with Passports for 22 years. Our group went to Munich and Paris. Once again, it was a positive experience. Every step of the way was efficiently executed. It was a no-stress trip and the students had the time of their lives. The best part of Passports is their promise to select hotels that are in the center of where you want to be. The tour leader made sure all was in order.

I just led my first tour with Passports!

I just led my first tour with Passports. I have led several tours with EF and decided to make a change after my first post Covid trip with EF. Passports hotels, costumer service, and food offerings were far superior to EF. We had a couple of medical emergencies on tour and Passports was with us every step! We also had a very late ferry to take us from Greece to Italy causing us to miss our trip to Pompeii. Passports worked things out for us to visit Pompeii on our last day in Italy. They did an AWESEOM job, I'm ready to choose my next tour!

First time and best time

This was my first tour and first time in Europe. Passports made the entire experience easy and wonderful. From the initial contact where my emails were ALWAYS answered promptly to feedback and assistance with group meetings they were ready to support me. After landing we met our tour guide, Gerard, who was everything you would want in a tour guide. All the hotels were clean, nicely located, unique, safe, and comfortable. The restaurants on our itinerary were also clean, delicious, and culturally relevant.

Passports planned everything for us to maximize our time. Our guide helped us see things that were close by but not scheduled. We never had to worry about transportation as this was also clean and punctual.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to expand their cultural knowledge and travel experiences.

Passports was reliable and trustworthy

Passports was reliable and trustworthy. They guided our program with the same agent throughout the entire planning process. Our flights and hotel accommodations were excellent and right in the city center. We could walk to every place. It was a very positive experience.

Passports is an amazing company. From the minute you book your tour, you have a group of people who are ready and willing to help you every step of the way.

While on tour, we had the most amazing group leader and guides. From the food, to the accommodations, to the transportation, everything was perfect.

This is my 18th tour - first with Passports - there is a definite difference. This company is AMAZING!

This was my first trip with Passports…

This was my first trip with Passports and it exceeded all expectations. I had a group of 53 students, parents, and chaperones and everyone enjoyed themselves on our tour! We spent three days in London and three in Paris. My interaction with everyone connected to Passports was positive and extremely helpful. Katy and Dale at Passports deserve shouts of praise. Our local guide Larry was amazing and my students already miss him. I will most definitely travel with Passports again! Thank you Passports.

Love, Kelly Shoop

Great Tour, Wonderful Activities, Top Notch Accommodations and Caring Customer Service

Passports is a company that truly cares and will be there for you. We just came back from Paris, Madrid, Sevilla, Cordoba and Costa del Sol. They made sure everything was going smooth before, and during the trip. Our students enjoyed the centric hotels and tried authentic foods. They learned about each city and loved their cooking class, bike tour, dancing with the the Tuna musicians, and so many others fun activities we had planned. They had a blast! Sergio our tour director was the best. We have laughed so hard. The students have so many memories that they will cherish for ever!

Paris, D-Day beaches, Mt Saint Michel, Loire valley castles, Nice and Monaco

Paris, D-Day beaches, Mt Saint Michel, Loire valley castles, Nice and Monaco were some of the sites we visited. Everything was perfectly organized for us to make the most of our trip. We visited Versailles, the Louvre, had a cruise on the Seine River, climbed the Eiffel Tower. We visited the Normandy D-Day beaches, Mont St Michel, the Chambord castle. We then explored placed on the Riviera and visited Monaco, Nice, St Paul de Vence and Eze with a visit to a perfume factory. This trip would be extremely hard to plan for a family. It definitely is a lifetime opportunity for students. I will take this trip again as all who work for Passports and the tour guides are kind, knowledgable and passionate about helping. I wholeheartedly recommend Passports for your future educational travels. The experience of visiting France and speaking French was incredible.

Passports went above and beyond

This is my 3rd trip with Passports to Spain. They always have centrally located hotels, fantastic and interesting guides, great food, and a fun-filled itinerary. I wanted to add that this time I had 2 people who had health issues. Passports made it miraculously easy to get help. One of my students had a doctor visit her in her hotel room. Then, she needed to go to the hospital for some tests. Everyone was so helpful. Crazily enough, David Markle, the president of the company was in town. He took time out of his day to pick up my student at the hospital, drop her off at the hotel so she could sleep. Then, he picked up her meds for her, so I could take another person on our trip to the hospital for a completely different issue. Also, someone from Passports reached out to me about the insurance and how to take care of it. No one wants to have these issues on a trip, but boy did Passports shine when we did! I will continue to travel with them. Our trip was AMAZING in all areas!

Educational Overseas Adventures

I had a great tour with passports. They absolutely filled our days in Paris and Barcelona with guided tours, small group explorations, and really tried to bring us to the cultural hearts of the cities we were in. We had an excellent balance of "tourist hot spots" and local loves. Passports also gave us delicious meals at local restaurants with lovely staff. Every step of the tour I could rely on their guildes and staff with any questions or concerns. Even when our flight had a cancelation, Passports stood by our side and made sure we got home as soon as possible. They may be more expensive, but Passports is worth it! You get a real personalized touch with them!

10 + years with Passports

I have been with Passports for about 10 years and they have been FANTASTIC. They are quick to respond with any questions before, during and after our tour.
They are professional and very dedicated to each participant who has questions. We had some participants who wanted to extend their vacations and Passports was very accommodating to their needs and helpful with their itineraries outside of our school tour.

Great food, hotels and people

We just returned from our Tour La Belle France Paris, Normandy and the Loire Valley. We had a great trip! The food was excellent and culturally authentic. The hotels were city centered and near public transit. We had one hotel in the countryside, but it was such a fun place to be! The students loved this part of the trip as well. Our Tour Director did everything she could to make the trip fun. We got stuck in the parking lot of the American Cemetery in Normandy for several hours (JUNE 4th!) and our TD walked us around to meet people from all over the world! Make the most of every moment! Our accommodations and food were far better than the other tour company I had used in the past.

3rd trip and looking forward to more!

Just finished my 3rd trip with Passports and we already have a tour lined up and full for next year! This year we visited France from North to South: St. Malo, Mont St. Michel, Paris, Versailles, Nice, Èze and Monaco. For me, there's no reason to look for a different tour group. Passports is awesome!

This is a company that truly cares…

This is a company that truly cares about their group leaders and travelers. I had constant effective communication pre travel - during the trip- post travel with Company Headquarters as well as the Tour Director. Each question was answered right away and had the best interest of the traveler in mind. I can't express enough how seamless the trip went. The food was great and the hotels were excellent.

A Great Tour Company and Great Customer Service

This was our first trip with Passports. We had heard good things by we were not completely sure what to expect. I have to say, we had many conversations during the trip that revolved around how great a job Passports was doing on the trip. From the hotels to the meals, from the transportation to the activities, from our tour guide to the behind the scenes work that Passports employees had done to ensure a quality tour, we were satisfied at all turns.
