We needed 6 documents total notarized and requiring 2 witnesses on each. It turns out Proof can provide witnesses for you if you don't have your own, which took the stress out of having to find 2 non relatives willing to act as witnesses and scheduling them to be present with us.
On the call, the Notary was kind and very efficient. The whole thing probably took 15 minutes, and went as smoothly as could be.

Brilliantly executed!!! Easy to use. I liked how I could start on my PC and then you offered a QR code with a handoff to my iPhone so I could photograph my driver's license and then back to my PC. Next up: a video meeting with a Notary which was after 9 PM her time yet she was pleasant. The entire process was intuitive and efficient. Congratulations, you made a traditional service even better.

The notary was very helpful. I did have trouble with the online interface though, when it came time to sign I was unable to without any error code being thrown. I think it had something to do with being on my work network. Pretty frustrating, but the notary helped me figure it out

Once I was in contact with the Notary, everything went quickly and smoothly, only about 5 minutes.
However, getting to the Notary took about 45 minutes and included one start-over due to a "network interruption." So, all information had to be loaded in, again.

The form that was notarized was not accepted in my counties clerk recorders office. I lost money and have to pay another notary.

The process is fairly smooth and the experience with notary is great. But the following things could be improved:
1. Taiwan is not a Province of China. But in your country list, it writes "Taiwan, Province of China." It's so wrong and offensive.
2. During the section of identity verification, I hope the address page clearly let users know that we need to put in US address, instead of current address. Since the current instruction of this section is not clear, the system couldn't recognize me and I need to redo the whole process again.

Lifesaver! While in Japan, I needed to notarize a simple form on a rush basis to support a passport renewal back in the U.S. I found Proof.com online and was able to create the document online and have it notarized quickly and then emailed to the recipients I chose! My notary was fabulous! She helped me amend my documents where needed. Getting the witnesses in was seamless. I was able to sign, initial, and amend every single little important thing so the docs returned were perfect and DONE!

I had bought a boat out of town and there was a lien on the boat. I paid off lien and I was sent the title. I contacted proof.com to notarize it. Their Web page says that it was good in my state.
The next day I took it to the County Clerks office to have it put into my name. I was informed that this was not accepted. I paid $35 for the service.I called proof.com to get a refund. They would not give me a refund. So I paid for a service that was worthless. The response was 'we can't be responsible for who will not take this notarization". There is no guarantee. Proceed with caution!
