Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I used a laptop and iphone and system would glitch. I t took several attempts on the upload. The notary person I could barely understand and he "got disconnected." Once upload accepted the next morning got an email stating upload wasn't accepted. I would have just went another company for my business address if I knew all of this would happen. I have to pay another $25 and do the process over. It is now the weekend and I cannot talk to a company rep.

I tried for 3 days to get documents notarized to no avail. My loan was typical, with no glitches, yet proof's system could not generate questions for identity verification. The chat function was worthless spitting out canned responses. No one could tell me what the problem was and the delays cost me a lot of money

I highly recommend, as a Business Advisor this was a huge time and money savings to get done from my home office so quickly and have in a PDF I can email directly from their platform.
