Avoid at all costs …

I see they have changed their name again! Do not order from these people they took my deposit and arranged a delivery date then ignored all of my messages

Change of name again

Change of name again! Red flags galore. Please please avoid these cowboys.
The are amateurs and scammers. My £200 deposit was taken with no intention of a sofa, for weeks and weeks I was either ignored or fed lies, then embarrassingly they begged for more money, by this time previous customers had told me their experiences and I had the sense to not send them any further money without seeing a sofa.
Judging from previous buyers you either get no sofa or some cheap and tacky rock hard sofa that doesn’t resemble the pictures they use on Facebook whatsoever.
They have no official website, no premises and no phone number you can reach them on. My bank have now this information and fraud team are dealing with them. Also I will be contacting Acrion fraud.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DODGY COMPANY!
I ordered a 4 seater sofa, It was damaged on delivery and left outside as the refused to bring it inside after paying £70 for delivery.
I called them someone answered and advised that they would get in contact with the delivery driver and when I tried to call back there was no response.
When I tried contacting them via Facebook and email I had no response even though before I put my order in they answered questions via Facebook and email so they where just ignoring me!
When I tried contacting them via social media they blocked me!
Do not order from them!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order a few weeks back and immediately received order confirmation, after this I had no information and have found out that the telephone number has been disconnected. I have messaged a few times on Facebook messenger and had very brief responses where I heard delivery was due to take place. We waited in on the day of delivery and the sofas did not arrive despite our money having been taken. We have since tried to get in touch with the company with no response. Avoid!

Bishop U shape sofa

Bought the Bishop U shape sofa, delivered within two weeks, good quality, helpful delivery men would reccomend to others and have done.

My partner bought a sofa for £1300 from…

AVOID Atlas furniture / royalty furniture
My partner bought a sofa for £1199 from this company 3 months ago , as soon as this was derived and unwrapped we could see this was a cheap knock off of something you may see on DFS .
The sofa came in five pieces, one of the pieces was a good 2 inches higher than the rest , company state all cushions are memory foam , this is a lie , this sofa was so hard it was like sitting on a rock , the underside was ripped so we could see the stuff they packed it with , it was that cheap fluff you find in them crappy dog beds combined with cheap material. Immediately we emailed them telling them to pick it up and refund our money , let's just say they will not answer any emails , the phone number they give does not exist , luckily we paid through PayPal, it took three months but we finally received a refund of PayPal but to get our refund PayPal said we had to send sofa back to them tracked at our cost tin order to receive a refund, which we attempted to do , and could prove this through the tracking info we had .
Problem being the return address royalty furniture give PayPal for returns is just a postal address in London, 63-66 Hatton gardens, we contacted the building owners who stated this address can not except anything but mail , as this is just there mailing address, this company is a joke , do not do business with these cowboys you will regret it to say the least.

Just a little informative information
If you buy a sofa online you have a two week grace period to cancel and receive a full refund if you don't like it for what ever reason under the consumer rights act .

Always protect your purchases using something like PayPal .

I also find it suspicious that the four good reviews for this company below were created on the same day .
And the fived and last good review for this company claims the bad reviews are from royalty furniture,s competitors lol.

If you want an honest up to date review go on royalty furniture Facebook page .
Now you won't find anything negative on there as royalty furniture have removed them , all you have to do is to scroll right down there page and click on the angry emojis on there and contact the people who put them there .

AVOID!! AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID!!! I bought a 799£ sloane sofa on the 1st july received email confirming my purchase I then had to email to find out delivery date was told 23rd July waited all day on the 23rd never got any sofa emailed them so many times asking for my sofa or my money back they blocked me on facebook which is where I initially spoke to them until now I have no sofa or money and multiple people have contacted me as they've done the same to them !!!!
