I ordered a pair of black leather Cole Haan ankle boots online and received them in just five days time, despite the winter weather. The boots were on sale and shipping was free. Such a deal! Taking advice from other reviewers, I ordered a half-size up and am glad I did. The boots fit perfectly and are comfortable, although I must admit they looked small for my foot upon taking them out of the box. The boots arrived in perfect, never worn condition. The packaging arrived without signs of mishandling, but the shoebox itself was damaged along the bottom edge, which might have been an issue if I needed to return the boots. (I don't!) Accompanying instructions warn that a damaged shoe box might result in a reduced refund for returned boots. Meanwhile, the boots are beautiful, in perfect condition, and I plan to wear them to the ballet matinée today! btw, I broke my heel two years ago and am very picky now about the comfort level of my shoes and boots. These do not disappoint!

The image was not the exact product but the product was what I was wanting. Matched it up via the SKU # and hoped that the shoes that arrived were the correct ones and not the ones in the image on the product page. Got lucky!! Delivery was as promised.
