I traded in M-series mobile lenses as I…

I traded in M-series mobile lenses as I got an iPhone 16 Pro Max and needed the new T-series lenses. I had problems with putting lenses in the shopping cart. I worked with 4 different persons at Moment - Becca, Vince, Javier, and Szabolcs. They insured my issues were dealt with quickly and I was able to order what I needed and lenses are in the way! We are not sure if it was an issue with my router or something else, but the Monent Team was helpful and positive during the issue.

You know when you find the people when they keep at it until you are happy and I highly recommend Moment for the products they sell and their high level of service. I know about this service, as I ran the Guinness North America internal help desk that serviced over 10,000 employees in North America, and I give Moment the highest rating!

Great customer support

Had to make a change on the order due to my mistake of initially ordering a different iphone model. Customer support reverted very promptly the following day to correct the order without any issue. Very much appreciated.

Unfortunately my experience is not so good

Unfortunately my experience does not match that of others. More than a week ago I ordered from the Moment store. My order was acknowledged and my card was charged. I was not provided a tracking number and nor was my purchase delivered. I have had no response to three emails requesting info for this order (except for automated non-info responses). I have had no customer support whatsoever. I think this is very poor.

Tech support…

I was struggling to get some colours looking right when uploading to social media. I emailed Moment and they replied really quickly and offered great support and advice, fixing the issue after a couple of emails exchanged. Great service!

Help Needed, Help Received

Received a reply to my query in a timely manner. It was an easy fix, on my learning curve to using my lens and the Moment app for taking photos on my iPhone.
Also great that they include links for new tutorials at the end of the email.

Great Customer Service At A Frustrating Time

I recently upgraded my photography game by buying an iPhone "Pro". I wanted to add the best add-on lenses and after doing some research discovered Moment's gear. I purchased the phone case, lens mount, and 5 lenses. (My 1.33x Anamorphic lens was backordered for several weeks so I emailed them for an update. Brionne Olsen emailed me immediately to offer his apologies for the delay and said it would be shipped out to me as soon as it was back in stock.) And that is exactly what happened. We've all come to understand supply chain issues and it takes really good customer service people keeping customers informed that makes all the difference. That's how I was treated and I'm most appreciative!

I've had several questions recently…

I've had several questions recently about past and upcoming orders, and both Becca and Vince were extremely responsive and helpful. In particular, I am interested in upgrading my M lenses to the T series, but was unable to find my proofs of purchase for my past lenses. Becca was able to quickly locate those for me and made it super easy for me. I appreciate it!

Great products and customer service

Great products and customer service. I've been using the smartphone lenses on my pixel series since the Pixel one original. Being an avid backpacker and always meticulously searching for the most minimalist and lightweight gear, these are absolutely perfect for my camping and backpacking travels. I've used them on countless trips at this point and each lens has done me well. I own the anamorphic lens, the macro, the 60 mm and the 18 mm. I also highly recommend their mini portable pouches. I'm able to strap those on my backpack or tactical pouch with ease as they are Molle panel ready. If I could rate them higher than five stars I would.

I had a very high specification…

I had a very high specification requirement (probably very unrealistic!) and made an enquiry about a particular configuration. I was very pleased that the company were very honest and told me that the product would not meet my requirement. It is a real pleasure to deal with honest people!

Good quality products & customer support!

This company sells good quality products. Their phone cases are durable and I have no worries about my phone being damaged, should I drop it. I recently had to cancel a pre-order for unavoidable reasons. The customer support to get the order cancelled and my refund processed was outstanding! I have friends who also use this company and I get the same comments from them. I definitely recommend them when you need products for your phone!

Mecury in Retrograde? Two cases...solved.

Okay. Full disclosure: this was an odd Moment, so to speak. I ordered a new green Moment iPhone 16 Pro Max case. What I received was two cases and a wrist strap. One case was blue, and I don't know the other because I didn't open that package. I contacted Moment and was given an address to return the second case at my expense, which I did. I then noticed an $80+ charge on my visa and a second $60+ charge afterward. I started a chat asking about the two charges and was told to call during regular customer hours. After a couple of days, I received an email saying that, by your records, I had ordered a blue case and a strap one day and then a white case later. I ordered neither! But I did keep the blue case because it looked nice, and at the time, I thought the strap was part of the case. So why the five stars? After a back-and-forth email, I was told the refund for the white case was on the way, that I could keep the strap...apparently not part of the case after all...and they would credit me for the shipping. It was all bizarre, but as always Moment provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

The Moment team went the extra mile for…

The Moment team went the extra mile for me recently in relation to their M series Lens trade in offer when I couldn't find all my invoices. They were very helpful in finding some for me.
I've been using moment lenses and cases for my iPhones since 6S. The cases are great, feel good in my hand as well as affording great protection when I've accidently dropped my phone. I thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered the wrong part; it's my fault. I contacted customer service, who responded within an hour and offered a solution that went above and beyond. Long-term customer

I have been buying ShopMoment Mobile Lens and other gear since 2019. I shop about once a year with them. These guys are quick to respond when you email. Their products are very high quality, excellent, definitely worth it. When I've had a warranty issue, they have responded very quickly, and have always completely satisfied my requests. I am a person. This is not a paid review. I love ShopMoment and their mobile lens are absolutely a game changer. I just recently bought the new lenses, and their filters. Lets see how they go with my Pixel 9ProXL

I'm an old guy...

I'm an old guy, and misread the website and bought something I didn't want or need. When I disputed the charge, they explained what I had purchased. When I said I didn't want this (virtual) object and asked them to make it right, they did that. I felt see individually as a valued customer. I'm sticking with Moment!

Customer Service has been exemplary

Customer Service has been exemplary. Initially I had an issue (my mistake) with the order, which was resolved at lightning speed.
Second, I had a whole heap of questions regarding the correct use of the lens adapter. Vince looked into this and got me answers in a very interactive manner.
At one point a minor mistake was made and Moment actually acknowledged that (very mature) and provided very detailed information in return.
After having a ton of bad experiences with other companies in the past, dealing with Moment has been a breath of fresh air!
