I traded in M-series mobile lenses as I got an iPhone 16 Pro Max and needed the new T-series lenses. I had problems with putting lenses in the shopping cart. I worked with 4 different persons at Moment - Becca, Vince, Javier, and Szabolcs. They insured my issues were dealt with quickly and I was able to order what I needed and lenses are in the way! We are not sure if it was an issue with my router or something else, but the Monent Team was helpful and positive during the issue.
You know when you find the people when they keep at it until you are happy and I highly recommend Moment for the products they sell and their high level of service.
